Update has changed controls
I have 4 devices connected to the same camera and now any left and right function has disappeared. Now when I scroll left or right the whole screen moves. Please rectify this as it has made the app useless for us. Please fix13viper13

Shocked this camera/app don’t have higher reviews. I use this as my baby monitor and it’s great. My baby is now 5 months old and we’ve only had one issue with it not connecting, which was easily fixed. We check the camera probably 20 times a day. The camera quality is great - particularly the night vision.
Developers - please fix the latest update! It is incredibly annoying to swipe through those intro screens every time I close out of the app. If fixed, 5 stars!Show lessmama_bear26
Splash Screen Annoying
Please get rid of the 3 splash screens I must side through before the main interface opens. Also cameras sometimes lose connection and must be unplugged and plugged back in. I believe either the micro usb power jack or power plugs must be of poor quality, I must wedge folded paper to hold power plug connected to camera. Would be nice to be able to record audio from more than one camera simultaneously. I have the basic cameras with no speaker. Other than these few gripes, camera produce a decent picture and set-up easy. Generally satisfied for the price. Software and better power plugs/jacks would make it stellar !Show lessRepairfreak
Was good, all the latest updates are terrible
Used to have no problems with this app, but the latest series of updates keep breaking the app. Currently I can not view any recorded footage, only live stream. When I go to the records and select the day the app crash closes.
Found out now I have to wait on the calander screen to list what days have records, then I can view them. But Now the app no longer shows all of the recoded videos. Only a small portion, maybe an hours worth. I really liked this camera when I got it Christmas last year, but now nearly all remote feature are bugging out.Show lessSteveJensen726
App update
I don’t like the last app update, it’s force me to swipe three pages then the gets start icon shows, after that I can enter to the cam, also I can’t view all day recording on the memory card, it’s still you can view recordings for one week, but not the 24hr of the day, for example, for today i can view the recordings for the last two hours, before the update it was working well.Show lessCaptait
Easiest set up and coolest features
I’m glad I don’t base my opinion of products solely on the reviews writing by others. I found this app and their cameras are so easy to set up, clear video and photos, and photos CAN be deleted remotely. I don’t get why people had so much issues with this app and/or cameras. I didn’t even need directions. It’s pretty self explanatory. I’m glad I bought four cameras. Now I can watch out for my stalker boyfriend or anyone else for that matter.Show lessSunflowerGirl75
Terrible
It was working ok’ish, then a ridiculous 3 - 4 page intro remained every time the app is launched. Thanking severe swipes before even getting to your cams.
Don’t you realise checking cameras is time critical! An app needs to be swift and open ASAP, displaying the security cameras as soon as possible. The aim is to catch the culprit or explore the noise... which renders the app useless if your serious about surveillance .

Very Frustrating
All my cams will only work under wifi only now! I could view all my cameras away from home but now it won’t connect outside of wifi!? This app sucks big time! Don’t download!karenmaddy
