After 6 months, still no problems!
My Wife & I use the cameras as a dog sitter! After setting 2 cameras up within our home, we have had no connectivity issues. With the exception of a modem problem, that was not the cameras fault. Our pit bull “Gordie” is epileptic & has seizures on occasion. With the cameras, we can constantly check on him, so that way if he was to hurt himself during a seizure, we can get to the house somewhat quickly.Show lessFullThrottleEcoBoost
Works
Needs to be plugged in to work so limits where it can be set up in my home but it works perfectly for me to keep an eye on my kids so I can get stuff done in another part of the house. I have two boys and of course they play fight and I can see (and hear) whether they are playing or trying to kill each other (haha). I haven’t spoken through the speaker to them yet but I love this feature. I could see my sleeping toddler in his bed by adjusting the light and could zoom into his face pretty easily, see his eyes were closed for about 7-8 feet away, pretty impressed for 25 bucks! I may buy a second so I can have one in their bedroom and another in the living room or maybe for the front porch where we keep our jogging stroller, it isn’t hard to move around but for $25 it’s prob worth it: you can load up to four cams on the app and watch simultaneously!
**After reading the other reviews I really wish it had a motion sensor alarm so I could have that feature for my 3 season porch for when packages have been delivered when we aren’t home or just to have while away for a long weekend. If it had that feature (which it seems it used to but maybe the reviewer is confused with another brand) I’d buy another one right this minute!Show lessStephStuph
Stupid start screen
I thought we’d seen the last of the stupid three swipe start. Why is it back? It’s pointless and bloody irritating. Why try the hard sell on me? I already have a camera. A totally backward stepbuyabettercamers
Can’t connect to my encrypted wifi ....
I have an encrypted wifi with 26 key strokes long, and this app will not connect to it with this easy connect thing. Should be able to manually enter the info if needed.

Great, Inexpensive Camera
We use this for our puppy cam and it’s perfect. We don’t have any issues with it connecting to the WiFi or through the app. At first we weren’t able to connect it to our WiFi because the WiFi password had a special character in it and the camera instructions say that it will not connect if this is the case. So we changed the password to the WiFi and it connected right away. The night vision is great and the picture is plenty clear for an inexpensive camera. The app has worked just fine and it there is a delay with connecting on occasion we just try connecting again and it always works. I would definitely recommend this camera as a puppy cam or baby cam. It records video, takes pictures and you can listen and talk through it. It’s not meant to be a motion detecting security camera. I believe we will buy more!Show lessPazmrc
WiFi camera AOBO 720P wireless IP camera
The instruction leaflet in the box is very limited and badly translated. No instructions on how to set up motion detector, alarms or email notifications. Refers you to website link that is all in Chinese, and many possible contact emails, but which one? Very time consuming and confusing. Translating the page doesn’t help either. This is a very important purchase for us to help care for our 93 year old mother with Alzheimer’s and we are not impressed.Show lessEunoia69
Latest update
Used to work ok, however since latest update the camera no longer moves left to right, or up and down when swiping from my iPhone. Instead the whole screen moves and the camera stays static. Please fix this, otherwise we will have to purchase a new camera and abandon your app.milliemeter

I have been scathing of this app previously but it seems to have improved in the latest update.
It now shows all videos recorded, doesn’t randomly skip forward every 20 seconds or so and plays the whole thing properly.Through Being Cool

Currently No Motion Alarm
This camera is quite nice - sound works well, records live stream well, runs warm not hot - BUT, I bought this as a college student to see when someone comes into my room with the motion alarm and it appears they have removed it from the app. It is in the title from where I ordered it AND in the manual, but nowhere to be found in the app. I may return this.
Have not experienced the “splash screen” issue, and have not tried sd card loop recording. The app is vague and broken, pretty disappointed that there is no motion alarm. Please fix for 4-5 star review..!Show lessBo0Oo0oo
