The latest update deleted my camerammlmty
Camera deleted?
I’ve had this camera in use for the past 6 months for safety reasons and there have been no problems. Now after your update today everything from the app has been deleted!
The camera doesn’t exist on there and all of the previous recordings that we needed for security reasons are now gone and deleted! We’ve lost everything!
Whatever your update was supposed to do has gone catastrophically wrong!!!Show lessMrsjbw
Very poor instructions
The camera is great. Very easy to set up and watch remotely. Camera can be moved, zoomed in and works in the dark. But I cannot work out from the instructions how to set it up to notify me or email me a photo if the motion detector is activated so it’s not really good as a burglar alarmPaulUK2
Useless
Would love to be able to give 0 stars, left and right functions have gone so makes the app useless. For those in the same situation I managed to find another app that works with this camera called ismartviewPlus. People are relying on your technology you should be ashamed for not fixing thisWitchyWench
Horrible system
I purchased 2 cameras. The only one that tends to work most of the time is the one hard connected which limits where I can use, thus negating the reason I purchased these. The other one that connects to WiFi for maybe 1 day before I have to disconnect and reconnect again - again not useful when you are gone and wanting to check on things while away.
Now the one that is hard connected isn’t working either. It won’t connect and when it actually does, everything freezes so I can’t move the camera. Worst purchase i have made. I will invest some money and get a real system. Having to unplug, replug, reconnect constantly isn’t working when I’m away and need to see my home. Very frustrating. Falls a little short
The individual control of panning and tilting are painfully slow. The saving grace is the ability to set presets or prearranged stopping points. It would be nice to be able to put names to the preset buttons to make it easier to select the right preset. It would also be nice if generic cameras could be added. We have 3 different cameras from 3 different venders with 3 different apps and each camera shows up in this app as an invalid ID. ☹️Show lessRS.C

Use to work... kinda
Not easy to set up, actually quite frustrating. Once you get it working you dread having to relocate it. We had this camera working for a time then had to move it to another room, now it won’t let us have access to the camera. Completely useless to us now. There is no way to “look up” a forgotten password nor to change it. The password we are putting is (is correct) and it is still saying invalid. Not worth the money
The price was low and it was easy to set up, but given that the camera is constantly off line, it’s effectively useless. I would recommend Arlo or Lorex which I am also using and neither of them go off line. - Katy Buieboho222266778899
