What’s going on?
Really annoying me right now. It’s been fine for nearly a year, with the odd drop here and there but all day today, it’s been offline. Not good enough when my baby is going to be! There’s no reason for it to be offline and it seems others are having this issue too.Zyngaisajoke
Keeps dropping out
I have bought this for safety reasons in my mums flat in Swansea but I live in birmingham - keeps going off line so I cannot get it back on line being so far away. Gutted as was working so wellshez 1966
Waste of money
This camera was actually pretty difficult to setup. It does not work. After a few hours it will freeze and then I have to go through the whole process again. I used to have a nest camera and had no problems with it so I will be going back to nest. This was a waste of $25.ipwonsnshs
The product is ok
I have 5 of the cameras all set up in my office. The recording feature I gave up on because I was going through those Little cards like crazy! But my main complaint is the speaking through the camera has never worked. I’ve set them up and then disconnected them as suggested and then re-set them up and it still doesn’t work. Overall if your just looking monitor a room from time to time when you go on the app and be able to listen to what’s going on then it’s great. However, i wanted it for more. Also they have to be plugged in so that limits where they can go.Show lessJd19851985

Cameras lost
Camera was lost on last update but looks like developers have fixed this and now back on line.
Great piece of kit, I think it’s great especially when you travel a lot, it allows you to keep an eye on your property back home.kwebbo2
No idea now on how you set up alarm event to track motion
No idea on how you set up alarm events to track motion, this seems to have disappeared in the resent updates, I can see if I make any pics or recordings but nothing on motion detection which was the prime use of the devices, website all in Chinese so can't work out what's happening, very poor.waynepturnerbrooks

Most of the low ratings are from people who didnt bother to think if this was a good camera for their use case.
I have over 10 of the wifi cameras that plug into the wall for electricity. They are across geographic locations and I am thrilled with them.
Make sure you have adequate wifi coverage where you will be placing them. Easy to add more after you have the wifi setup.Show lessHan_double
App has forgotten cameras
Had a camera for months and been using it, now camera has been forgotten by both my and my partners app. The whole point is being able to use it when you’re away. Now I’m away and I can’t use my camera! I also can’t re-add it the app because I’m away. Is my house okay? Are my pets okay? No idea, my camera has been forgotten by the app.Show lessseancatkinson
