Needs some work
App and camera working really well for several months but now will no longer send an email following alarm activation - no idea why this has stopped working, was working for months without a problem now all of a sudden it has stopped.Telford Tigers

Great piece of kit
We are very impressed with the camera. So many functions. Easy to use, great for checking on the house when we are out or just checking on the cat! Very clear, night vision very good. For what we paid we have no complaints.LayliaH
Just not good enough
Camera works well and records but there are three things that the camera does badly. 1.) connection time is really slow, when opening the app you have to wait then you have to wait at least 8 seconds after connecting before clicking on the feed to get the stream else back screen. 2.) alarm / motion detector doesn’t work camera seems to just record all the time. Additionally no pop up alert on iPhone - kind of thankfully as would pop up every 30 seconds. But defeats half the object of the camera. 3.) night vision is not as good as I would have liked... shame...Show lessKusman

Poor development, mostly good product
Lax development means this product is often updated poorly with many errors and problems. The product itself mostly works well once development errors are subsequently addressed following each update.
A poor UI with fiddly controls also means my wife keeps tapping the image control buttons when she is trying to simply close the screen. Result: the camera image is often back-to-front and I have to keep correcting it.
However the latest version has a *MAJOR* annoyance with a new irritating and utterly pointless 3-screen splash screen recently added which displays every time you go into the app.Show lessWH0A

It’s a shame that nice camera like this does not support 5ghz, 2.4ghz soon going to be historyfree pan
Great For Dog Camera
I bought this camera so that I could keep an eye on my dog during the day while I’m at work. I couldn’t be more happy with the video quality! This app is so easy to use! I had my camera set up in about 5 minutes. It’s wonderful! I do wish there was a way to access this app from my desktop computer, but it’s not that big of a deal.Show lessdlynns11
Works sporadically
I got these to use as security/pet cams when I’m out of town. The connectivity is so spotty when trying to check them when out of town. I just got a second cam and having two on the line seems to be even worse. They mostly just time out or don’t connect at all. Then on a rare occasion or after I’ve left the app open, refreshing it constantly they’ll eventually connect. When I first got my first one a couple years ago it worked well. That’s why I went ahead and got another. But, I don’t know if the updates to the app have made it worse or, again if having two of them (tho you’re supposed to be able to connect up to 4!?) you get what you pay for I guess.Show lesshkl00

honestly idek what the other reviews are talking about! this product is the best! i totally recommend it. great quality and i love being able to see my pet when i’m not home! the only problem is that the sound is kind of muffled but not too bad. this is NOT a waste of money!CupcakeKitty4
