Ridiculous
This app was last updated 4 years ago, which is insane as parents rely on this for their children. Didn’t really have you many issues last year, but it was still a headache. This year, however, already is very stressful. The bus icon will just stop moving. You literally don’t know when the bus will actually be arriving. Something needs to be done with this app.Shay. A.
I rated it one style
Every time this app just an update it makes me need to re-login and you see I’m using my mom’s account and she forgot her password so I’m not able to track the bus anymore. I have to get a new app I don’t like this app it doesn’t work as well whenever it doesn’t track subs and sometimes it’ll take a minute before the best move. When really it’s almost here once I almost missed the bus because the bus tracker said it was at an intersection that wasn’t very close to my house and then it got to my neighborhood.Deedsseeeeeds
Latency, Unexplained Outages
The bus gets “stuck” and doesn’t move on the map because the system doesn’t update accurately or more frequently enough. This is a daily occurrence. Then suddenly the bus will jump forward in the route by a huge distance. Sometimes restarting the app works and you can get the latest bus position. Just this past week, you couldn’t even log into the app for two consecutive days. No explanation or warning. And of course it had to be on two of the coldest mornings of the year!BlaseDc
Doesn’t work.
In the event you have to stand outside to wait for the bus in below freezing weather and gusts of wind-like today-it’s helpful to be able to track the bus. Our superintendent advised us to monitor the bus arrivals closely. I’ve already deleted the app off of my phone and won’t use it until I see an improvement of the app and even the company itself.Ionno80222
Geofence
It really only works if the bus driver has the AVL GPS enabled. It would also be really nice if you could set a geo fence boundary on the map and it will send you an alert you when the bus enters that boundary so you know when to send your kids to the bus stop.Reader88

Does not work!!
Only shows scheduled bus times NOT a tracker, bus location is always unavailable and they’re always running 30+ minutes late so there’s really no point to this app that was supposed to be fixed.wtby mom

Cannot add my student
I have added this app since last may when my daughter started riding the bus. At first I thought because we moved schools at the end of the year they just didn’t get to add her. Then, after emailing as well as three notifications inside of the app I have had zero communication. I still can’t see the bus and can’t add my student. It has been months. There should be some sort of feedback.baconrosesaredelicious
App doesn’t work sometimes.
When it works, it’s great, but the app does not load often. Also, it has trouble when going from WiFi to 5G. It won’t restart no matter what I do.
