  • Service doesn’t work a lot of times

    I Purchased this Service, so my service trucks were safe and could be located but there’s been days and weeks while the service wasn’t working. It’s not fair. It’s not right. system ain’t the best just giving you guys more time to figure it out thank goodness I haven’t lost a service truck yet value of my trucks and equipment are three to $400,000 each. I’m not a happy camper. Have a good day Garret Cote, All City concrete cutting.

  • Vehicle Label Bug

    There is some kind of bug where when you turn on vehicle labels, the vehicle names appear only for a second and then they disappear. Please resolve this issue.

    **Terrible Experience with Verizon - Hidden Charges and Poor Customer Service**

    I am extremely disappointed with Verizon. Despite their assurances that I could cancel my service for free within a 90-day probation period, they have charged me for services I did not agree to and did not use.

    After contacting their customer service multiple times, I was given the runaround and told that there was nothing they could do. This is a clear case of misleading and unfair business practices.

    Beware of hidden charges and unhelpful customer support if you choose Verizon. I expected better from such a large company. Avoid Verizon if you value transparency and honesty in your service providers.

  • Mobile app crashed

    Your app has crashed and can’t be used , with how much it costs, surely you can sort these issues out.

    Also the app generally is really slow, please fix

    This new update has made the app unbearably slow, every time I use it, it takes atleast 30/40 seconds to buffer. Please fix as it’s really irritating
  • Charged for devices that do not work

    Iv been over billed for over a year and I have been calling and no one has responded to my case number. Over $1000 in over charges. And now they deactivated my account and refuse to awnser to me. This is a joke. I am a small business owner going through a hard time and this is a big hit.

    Do not trust Verizon and their staff. I don't blame the staff I blame the company and the management practice.

    Helps so much with knowing if my parents are in or out of service and if I could call the clients location for them or not
  • Horrible customer service

    I never write reviews but have to on this company.

    I do not recommend this company at all. I’ve had horrible customer service issues with waiting on long phone conversations with customer service with no resolve. They send the wrong product out and don’t return phone calls. I am paying for services I am not receiving as well.

    Not happy at all.

  • Scammers don’t fall for Verizon service

    I have started the service with Verizon I signed 3 years contract after signing I have not heard from anyone in the company to install my equipment
    They mailed me the equipment and I was not been able to install it. It took me 3 months calling/emailing. And reaching out to the agent who signed me up no one helped I was getting the play around. And no their sending me for
    collection for something I didn’t use horrible company. If I am able to give 0 I won’t even hesitate. Im going to keep spreading the bad experience I had so no one else fall for this.
