Number one choice in Canada

Over charge

Disappointed on Bell policy concerning (season users) who have to suspend service instead having it done automatically.

Inadequate internet

So I was connected to my bell WiFi and I couldn’t connect to the app on my phone. So I disconnect from WiFi and get on to pay my bill. I can’t wait for the new internet service provider Ontario east to connect then you can come pick up your garbage equipment at the road.

Hello, Sorry you’re having problems connecting to the Internet. It might sound simple, but checking that your cables are connected properly and rebooting your modem really does fix most issues. If you’ve already tried all that, then our Virtual repair tool is a great way to troubleshoot problems with your Wi-Fi and Internet service – without having to be a tech expert. I need to cancel

Bell is way to expensive and they are sneaky with billing you more than they should. I hate Bell

Resource hog

Drains so much of my battery while it loads. Took 12% of it just now. 12%!!!

Rate increase

Not happy about a rate increase without notification. Minor increase but the principle of the matter stinks. I guess the loyalty plan only works one way

Unfortunately it’s very basic.

From a telecommunications leader this app is very anemic?

Absolute trash

Be prepared to top up every five even if you never use your phone. Any service is better than that offered by Bell.

give that team a raise that designed this system !
