Really bad app every time when I open close automatically

The worst I have ever experienced

Every thing with this company wrong, they overcharge you, costumer service terrible

Whenever I am not connected to the internet I hardly receive texts.

Easy access

So easy to pay my bill… hoping customer service will become as efficient

Does the job

I appreciate when services have an easy way to pay online, and this app does exactly that. I don’t know about the rest, but for payments is quick and easier than going on web.

Lacks features and has poor design

It is okay app. If you compare with T-mobile or other apps it lacks features and app flow.

Payment

Very difficult to navigate through payment screens and the text does not display in this review.

It is not accurate and I don’t know what has happened to Bell but your service certainly isn’t up to standards and your employees are rude!

Terrible web site I had to enter credit card 4 times

Bell has been screwing me since July 2020 when I entered into a two year agreement, after being promised certain conditions, in writing!! Since October they maintain that those condition were wrong, but I must still live with the agreement, now they can’ t understand how come my bill is not being paid even with a per-authorized, card registered on the account for auto bill pay, I need to figure out what they are doing wrong!! I want out from this lousy slow service and agents that can’t fix these problems!
