    Bell has been screwing me since July 2020 when I entered into a two year agreement, after being promised certain conditions, in writing!! Since October they maintain that those condition were wrong, but I must still live with the agreement, now they can’ t understand how come my bill is not being paid even with a per-authorized, card registered on the account for auto bill pay, I need to figure out what they are doing wrong!! I want out from this lousy slow service and agents that can’t fix these problems!

  • Always extra charge

    I am with bell long long time recently every bill they charge me roaming with I don’t know where does come from and every time I call them they said you use roaming I don’t know how I will soon switch to other carriers
  • Need a lock card function

    Lost my card and couldn’t turn it off through the app. Waited 39 minutes on hold for CSR and during that time my card was used. Do better and add a lock card function to the app

    I have been so frustrated by this whole system. Disappointing
  • App says I am at 103% of my days of my billing period

    AND charges me data overage even though it impossible to be at 103% days of my billing period.

    Useless tool and has cost me overage more than once as these guys tell us to use this to monitor our usage and it is TOTALLY ERRONEOUS.

  • Functionality not working

    Trying to add data but the app or mobile site will not let me.

    Overage charge on data is robbery. Internet speed at home is turtle slow. Shame on me for being a long time Bell customer. I’ll be moving on as soon as possible.

  • Incorrect and barely functional. Don’t believe what it says.

    Account information particularly usage data is delayed for hours or more giving a false snapshot of your account which can lead to extra charges. There’s no reason to delay account information other than to try to fool people into a sense of security so that bell can rack up extra charges. Very poor business practice in my opinion.

    UPDATE: data doesn’t even track on the app anymore. If you check the app and it says you have used x amount of data. Apparently that may or may not be correct depending on whether or not it’s in bells favor. Their suggestion was I check their website or call them to check on my usage. But when all three come out different. Which am I supposed to believe?
