Be Cautious
Our driver did not show up and provided phone numbers did not work. My app account proved inaccessible so resolution was not possible and we had to cancel our excursion for the day.
Will not refund a canceled trip!! Avoid this company
I booked a minibus for a group of 15 people on a Saturday evening the Wednesday before. Less than 8 hours I get a notification from my card provider that the money had been refunded. I contacted them and they said the provider could not fulfil the booking and they could do nothing more. This left our group stranded, so I looked for alternatives and on the App I found another minibus so I booked it but 2 hours before the due time it was still not confirmed. I managed to find another reliable and more affordable option so I cancelled on the app.
Now they are refusing to refund my money. This company has no idea how to provide transport and how to deal with customers. They offered me a credit on my account but I would like the £317 refunded as I will not be using them again

Reliable and quick service
Despite the system failing to recognize the miles accurately with our first booking, rendering it being cancelled on the day, it was straightforward to rebook and despite our worries that a confirmation of a car wasn’t possible last minute, we got a confirmation about 40 mins after the booking. The service was superb and reliable. It was competitive as well. Only giving 4 stars because the system initially failed to measure the distance accurately and rendered it to be cancelled on the day. Otherwise, an excellent and punctual service. I would definitely use it again :)

Scam Service
I ordered a taxi and never got a confirmation. I called the company 10 minutes before the taxi was supposed to show up and was assured that the taxi was on its way. I then call 10 minutes after the taxi was supposed to show up and nobody picket up, so I ordered an Uber (and barely made it to my destination in time). In the meantime, I was charged for the taxi that never showed up (and got charged twice for what Uber charge me). Seems like this device is a scam.

Scam - Charged twice, didn’t show
When you go to book a taxi with them it only asks for a postal (stop) code number not an address. They tried to tell me they showed up the next morning but neither me nor the hotel folks could find them and we even searched the street where some taxis would go because of the postal stop. No one was there. I tried to call but couldn’t get through to their posted phone number. I found out later they’re not based in the UK.
Someone spammed my phone from four different phone numbers with a WhatsApp link but no information on who they were or why they were spamming so I blocked the numbers. Turns out this company uses WhatsApp to contact me even though I paid them an extra £1.50 to text me directly. Then it turns out they went ahead and marked the taxi ride as completed and charged me even though they showed up at the wrong place and didn’t ask for other information on the form.
They even charged me twice for a car that wasn’t there! And they knew it was only one charge because they only responded to one review out of two I posted on their site. Interesting huh? I wasn’t even able to cancel they had “completed” it so fast.
I sent a 1 star review on their site and they “investigated” (which really means they asked the cab driver if they showed up) and never asked me a thing, nor did they respond to my email inquiries. Pretty shifty and nearly $230 in charges for a cab my family and I didn’t receive.
