I’ve had Swarm since it was just Foursquare. Swarm is actually useless these days for anything other than logging where you’ve been. That’s really the only reason I still use it. I like to see where I’ve been and when it was. That’s come in handy when traveling because sometimes on vacation I can’t remember “that little shop” or restaurant.
The coins mean nothing and can’t be used for anything...not even a free drink or discount at a bar or cafe. I have about 43K coins and have no idea what they’re for or how to use them.
It’s basically a check-in app I use with only a single travel buddy so we know where we’ve been during our travels. I’ll use it as long as it’s available on my phone.

Signed up and now it’s stuck on the “privacy policy” page.
It doesn’t let me get past the “I agree” screen!!! Also, there really should be an option to not allow your data to be distributed, but anyway.
Can't get past the T&C agreement
I tap the button, it changes colour, then nothing.
Where’s My Bonus Points?
I’m not receiving any bonus points when I finish in 2nd or 3rd place after a game has closed - and even 1st place points take their time in coming! 😡

I use to have this app and log in wherever I go but I just got a new phone, logged into my account and now I can’t get passed the privacy policy agreement page. Someone help!
Downhill
Used to be a great service but seems to be going downhill now. App barely works on Apple Watch. Widgets don’t work at all. No response from them after sending bug report.

Cautiously optimistic
Seems like a welcome return to more like the old Foursquare, and perhaps even with tweaks that might make it better (maps and better history, I'm looking at you). It’s nice to have the “on this day 5 years ago” type stuff pop up.
Issues that keep it low on stars for me at the moment.
-Personal messages from friends. These are too hard to find and often I don’t see any notification that someone commented on my checkin.
-No integration with iOS shortcuts yet. I’d really like to be able to link a swarm checkin with other stuff (e.g. save a checkin to Day One or other journal app).
-Watch app is a bit rubbish. Doesn’t allow anything other than a personal checkin, no comment or checkin of a friend that’s with you.

Problem updating
Unable to update to the latest version using the App Store. All other applications work fine
