Great helicopter service, VIP level customer service
I took a Blade flight from JFK to Manhattan several months ago as I had a meeting in the city I couldn’t miss and the experience was superb. The lounge had several snack and drink options and the employees were all friendly and knowledgeable. My flight only took five minutes, whereas if I were to take an Uber it would’ve been an hour. My only feedback would be making it so I could book with fewer clicks on the app, but overall the app works fine. I have since recommended Blade to several of my friends.

Fantastic Service
I can’t recommend Blade enough. I flew Nice to Monaco in a private helicopter with some friends and the service from pick-up to drop of was excellent. I booked a flight for my son joining a few days later but his flight was cancelled and he missed his Heli. Julie in Customer service was amazing and allowed me to change the booking very easily and I used it as a return back to Nice. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends. Thank you Blade Team.

Flying in 5 minutes between New York City and JFK airport or Newark airport
At $195 it’s the same price as an Uber Black. Or you can buy an airport pass and fly unlimited flights for $95. And you get the best view and no stress due to traffic.
DO NOT BUY flight insurance!!
Don’t waste your money on the flight insurance. If they cancel your flight on you and claim all they can give is credit, open a dispute and you can get your money back that way. That’s what I did when blade canceled mine.
Flight insurance is a rip.

Breached their own T&Cs, withheld money
Avoid Blade at all costs, go with Uber Copter …or even walk!
My scheduled flights between JFK and Manhattan were cancelled due to a UN airspace restriction, Customer Services proceeded to try and do everything they could (against their own Terms of Service) to keep my money, eventually ignoring my emails.
If it wasn’t for Amex, Blade would still holding onto my cash.
Possibly the worst and most unprofessional experience from any kind of business, I’ve had the displeasure of experiencing.

Revamp the app
The impact of a beautiful UI and frictionless UX mustn’t be understated. Blade’s needs some work if it truly intends to be the “Uber of air mobility”.
The amount of bugs this thing has is hilarious
After a few years, the UI of this thing is still stupidly pathetic
Please include the schedule of the flights accordingly
Please auto apply credits / return trips
It’s almost as if a toddler designed this.

Awesome company; bad app.
Blade is awesome. One of the most important startups of our time. But the app is terrible. It feels like some sort of laggy website that’s barely even mobile-optimized. Definitely not native. The app should be a lot better.
horrible customer service
they canceled my flight early morning and told me to use my credits for another car concierge service 2 hours before they open… but they’re not open to even book it
False Advertisement
Advertises itself as comparable to Uber with prices but its simply not true lol
$195 per person to JFK is not the same as a $60 car.
