Something very wrong
I had a membership previously but was not convinced the quality of profiles was good but thought I would give it another go... bad choice!
I received a message that I had received over 50 likes and could see them if I took a black membership. 6 month membership seemed best value for money but not inexpensive.
The app started freezing, I got notification of new matches but there weren’t any new ones when I opened the app and the 50 likes were almost all likes from when I had a membership before... strange thing is that I had unmatched or blocked them.... if I had known that I would not have paid the subscription
The issues with app not working and messages not being visible started soon after I took the paid membership. I reported the issues and was told issues would be fixed including old unmatches/deleted profiles being removed - there was no explanation how that could have happened.
I reported issues several times and was told they would be fixed and had been fixed but the same issues came up again.
Finally I deleted everything from my profile and contacted Apple for a refund (which they have done) and to asked them to verify the privacy policy of the app regards to data management.Show lessBA-freq

Definitely got my hopes up using this app. There are some real people on this app, but for the most part it’s just a money grab and a waste of time in my opinion. I live in a large city (Toronto) and there weren’t many men in my area on the app, so you don’t have a lot of choice. If you have a free account you only get to swipe on 30 people per day. The problem is that you can’t filter by location, so half the time you’re swiping on guys in India or Venezuela and it won’t allow you to only swipe in your area. Which is obviously useless. A membership is $600. What woman is going to pay $600 for a dating app that doesn’t even have many men to begin with? For $600, you can go to your local high end matchmaking service and they can actually provide u with a quality service and vetted dates. Not an average app.Show lessStarsCanada123

And of course you can also choose to upgrade your account to access more advanced features. I gained my membership via amount of visits males paid to my account. Not exactly a feminist position but this turns into hopefully getting rid of some less attractive males too .. we shal see ... well big problem is the search engine is dreadful ! Put in london you get either 6 men 1 man or 0 men which either means either the engine is stuffed or the uk catch man is non existent !!!!
Obviously next issue is the fee to chat £70 a month ... for not many people in your country 😂😭 enough said !
Oh and I had 300 visits for two months which I’d viewed and wasn’t interested in and today I have 71 over the last two months which makes me think the visits are now being recycled into views of available people who of course don’t live in the uk but Australia Mexico and Orlando which is hand for a quick drink to find my match lol 😂

The app itself is all right. Definitely needs to improve and polish some fixtures, especially search function: you may end up w/closet that lives 800miles away. But fair enough as a platform to social and getting to know people.
However, within my first month subscription it worked just 3 weeks and after been suddenly logged out, I’m never able to log into my paid account. I can only apply to set up a free verified account. I already paid half a year membership, had it work properly for 3 weeks and now am dealing with them daily to report the same problem again and many times. Still as of now cannot able to log into my own account from app on my cell phone. It is an app so no website to back up. And customer service takes time to reply but always asked repeating basic question. I even provided screen shots and nothing has been corrected.
I will see how long this gonna last and update to share.
Update/ bug fixed and working now. After lost for about 10days. Need patience...Show lessCQZhou

Luxy site forces you to get to the point and not beat around the bush lol I tried writing an essay but stopped in my tracks. The only thing that I was not sure about is gaining access. If I should pay subscription before granted access. Overall the site seems to be for the high earners which is not a bad thing. I’m not a high earner as I do what I love which doesn’t pay enough for the nature of the work. As a health professional, I get great job satisfaction. Not impressed...giving it a chance
Several things lacking compared with the other apps out there like the ability to include height and location in your preferences. You only get 30 possible people you can “swipe” on daily. For me, my odds of swiping right on anyone are already super low, so this makes it even more limited. I also feel like I’m constantly getting notifications about features that seem appealing, but they of course all require you to spend some amount of money, and with this particular app, the prices are really high in my opinion. The “free” version isn’t impressive enough to me to justify the price point.
Major plus I see with this app, is the selection of attractive men with actual educations and careers. That being said though, I have to yet to find out if they are all just models or actually real people. Will update review after trying it out for a bit longer.

I can’t believe I paid $100
So, I had high hopes. Unfortunately, there is NO way to set distance at all. I can pick general “NY area”-but it’s the same 20 people. All the time. If you’re not specific about geographical needs, you even see Europe. Whyyy would I want to match with people on the other side of the planet for a relationship? For $100/month I expect to be able to see more than 20 people in the NY area. I feel ripped off and I would like a refund. I just joined today, but there is no way to contact anyone for this matter or at all. I responded to the robotic generated “help person” who sent the first couple messages on the app offering to help. I asked both woman about this and not one responded. I might call my credit card company if this review doesn’t get someone to personally email me or call me to refund me. I am warning you all: don’t pay for this. Just don’t waste your money. Waste of money
I downloaded the app in hopes of meeting people near me but was primarily presented with people from across the world and in different countries.The app said it was 50$ a month so I downloaded it only to be charged 600$... I have emailed support to try and cancel my subscription and get my money back but have received no response. Would NOT recommend.Show lesskc19913

I’ve subscribed for 3 months then switched to one month subscription due to the fact that i’ve been charged unconsciously and never got my refund !!! Still didn’t even receive a response from the customer service or luciana ... this is a SCAM don’t download it!GhalyaCsb
