The worst app ever.

دفعت اشتراك لسنة كاملة في هذة المنصة … دفعت ١٢٤ دولاراً كندياً ثم بعد قترة قصير يرسلون لي إيميلاً بأنني اقوم بلاحتيال وقد دفعت بقيمة اسعار دولة سوريا وانا في كندا و سوف يلغون حسابي بعد يومين بدون النظر على ردي لهم لهذا الإيميل ولم يعيدوا لي المال الذي دفعته
إنهم يحتالون على معظم المشتركين في طرق مختلفة

I paid a full year’s subscription to this platform... I paid 124 Canadian dollars, then after a short time they sent me an email stating that I was committing a fraud and had paid the prices of the country of Syria while I was in Canada. They would cancel my account after two days without looking at my response to them for this email and they did not return the money that I paid. They scam most of the subscribers in different ways

The updates are too often

Too many updates too often, it’s annoying that I have to keep updating the app every couple of weeks.

Audio and Subtitles options

I love Shahid but recently I noticed that Turkish series has no more audio options. They stream only in arabic language. I always prefer to listen to the original Turkish language with Arabic or English subtitles. Please bring back these options.

Typing problem

I installed it on my apple tv but when I try to type a show name I can’t go down to the other letters stay at A B C D E F, if the team can send an update to fix that issue would be amazing…!!

Worst customer care ever

I have bought an annual plan for £79, but it was not activated on my account for some reason. I looked for help on the app and I found the address WhatsApp number which says they are available 24 hours so I got in touch with them, and then I got an automated response, thanking me and closing the case. I tried the email option. I explained the situation and I got the first reply which was very polite and nice promising that you were resolve the issue. However, after that there was a correspondence of about 20 emails and in each one of them, a different person is dealing with the case and in multiple emails asking me to send them the same information as before. They kept going in circles all day long. And at the end of the day after long hours of frustration they asked me to contact Apple and ask for a refund, although I presented them with the proof of purchase and the invoice with the order number and all what I was asking for from their side is to activate it on the account.I believe this is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. As one star is the minimum available that’s what I’m giving them otherwise it is zero.

Doesnt work

All content was suddenly ‘no longer available’ in my country, the assured me they would fix the issue but didnt. Instead they wasted my time havibg emailed them back and forth the entire month and assured me not to cancel my subscription as theyd fix it, which they didnt. After all this they refuse to refund me my money for a service i was unable to use as i had apparently agreed to this in the terms and conditions

Problème mise à jour roku

Je pense que la mise à jour est pas encore fait sur roku , je ne suis pas cable à regarder sur la télé .
