Charging after cancelling subscription

Watch out guys, they have kept charging me even after i cancelled my subscription. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the charges against my account.

Great app but horrible customer support

This app is great because it allows you to watch great movies. However when the app is not functioning, that’s a major issue because the customer support is horrible. You go to contact them via WhatsApp, and they never respond. It’s automated. I deleted the app several times, and re-downloaded it and logged in, and it kept giving me error messages there’s no one to help it’s very frustrating. I wish they would improve their customer support for people living in the United States. The three stars are for the program programming. I would give a zero stars for Customer Service.

More shows with subtitles

I love watching on shahid, but i feel disappointed about the fact that iam paying the same amount as everyone else and yet i cant watch everything as majority of the good shows are not english subtitled. Hence i feel shahid need to make more of an effort with their international customers and not just focus on arabic speakers only.

When entertainment is a stressful app

At large this app offers good entertaining content when it works. They seem to be on a schedule to terminate paid subscriber’s login weekly, sometimes more frequent. We’d login then they update the app and everything breaks. We have had two paid subscriptions one through sling and the second through iTunes both of which stopped working this week. Customer service seemed lost describing features that do not show on the latest version of the app and could offer not help other than “request a refund”

The app and its developer misses the idea of entertainment should not be a customer burden to manage.

Hope you can recover from these poor operational issues so that your app can entertain as described.

Unusable - please fix these glitches

First of all, I can’t even log in anymore. I’m using a Shahid partner, Sling, and every time I log in, and trust me it is correct authentication because if it’s wrong I get and error, the page goes back to Shahid then instead of logging me in and asks to login again. I’ve tried this on 3 different iOS devices!

Now for the major issue I’ve been having all year now; the app/service constantly loses its VIP credentials, meaning I would be using the app like normal and suddenly the next episode would not load and I get a “register for VIP” message, while I’m already a VIP member. I have to LOG OUT, LOG BACK IN, just for VIP to work again. Why is this happening??? At least once every week I have to log out and in again. What kind of service is this??

Please fix your app.

Very disappointed high expectations

My mum has been talking about this app for awhile so I decided to download it on my phone and buy a subscription (it was about $300 I’ve never spent that much on an app) and I wanted to surprise her by going onto her phone and downloading the app so she can have all the unlocked movies and shows but to my surprise everything is locked?! Even though I paid about $300 dollars I go back on my phone and everything is unlocked I’m very disappointed it’s my account I paid for it I just wanted to share it with my mother I thought maybe my mum phones is not working so I tried to login through my iPad and everything is still everything is locked even tho I paid the subscription through my account very confused by this app it screams scam please be careful when purchasing.

Horrible cons !

I have broken my two feet so I’m out of work , I can not afford shaid and they keep charging me , I only put it many months ago when I had the money for it to watch casa street , then I cancelled and it didn’t register ? Now they keep charging me and when I go to cancel it does not let me !!!! You say your WhatsApp is 247 but is absolutely rubbish , to upgrade or pay More they help people buy for those who can not afford the app they make them have it ! I am going to have to change my whole bank account becsue these thefts won’t let me cancel or give me my money back ! It’s really unfair . Such a big company yet you do this to people ?

Amazing app Thank you

Ever since I have discovered Shahid, my tv is on it 24/7, we absolutely love the series and every thing about shahid, especially during Ramadan ♥️♥️♥️ I have noticed that the app has improved more in the past years!! I can’t explain during the covid pandemic how much we enjoyed watching the shows

Bad customer service

I subscribed to Shahid Sports VIP and I did not know that it does not stream all football leagues. So I decided to unsubscribe after 3 days and I sent an email asking to cancel the Sports VIP and get a refund. The customer service staff replied only once and did not get bak to me since then. I sent multiple follow up emails and all I got is zero reply from their end. I am still waiting for my request to be handled till now. This is really terrible service.
