Hotels constantly refuse to take these “cards”
Doesn't work about 25% of the time
When I arrive at the hotel.. it is often rejected and I have to use my own physical card! Terrible!
Constantly logs you out
What a piece of poop software! Constantly logs you out and need to reenter all information to include a verification code every time you need to use it. Some Hotels need the entire credit card information which is not available in the app. Ugh!
Will not let me login
I’ve contacted via email customer support multiple times and no resolution for me not being able to login. I have the correct username and password and it still will not let me login. Very frustrating.
Won’t Unlock
Suddenly app won’t unlock. Says “Welcome Mark” and present Unlock and Sign Out buttons. Unlock does nothing.
App issues
The app is not allowing me to login, I utilize this for work as I travel. I submitted a request about the issue and have not heard back.
Patchy
Let’s you down a lot when you need it … ie your standing at the hotel desk and it doesn’t work…. Very frustrating

Ever since the latest updates from the company to the website and the app
I’ve reset my password 5 times and I still cannot log in.
The app now tells me is cannot validate my session on my device.
