Did not work well

First time user. It took several phone calls to set up travel about 6 phone call at be exact. My travel day arrives and I arrive at the location to find the service failed spent 1 hour on the phone and still waiting for a supervisor to call me back. All charges had to go on my personal card. Awful experience with this company. The help line are nice but unable to help and ultimately waste your time.

Junk

Set app up then when you try going into it ask for six digit code that never gets sent to you. Also when you try opening app tells you that your password is wrong.

Awful

Every time I try and log in via the app it tells me I have made 3 failed attempts and locks me out. Even when it’s my first attempt. It also won’t accept my security question when I try and reset my password. What’s the point of the app if it doesn’t work. Only time I’ve successfully logged in is via a PC and who wants to get a PC or laptop out to confirm reservations.

Really not a user friendly app, want to add/ change the email address and the password and it seems impossible.

Hi, thanks for getting in touch. If you sign out from the app you will be able to reset your password from the login screen. If you need to change your email address, please contact Conferma Pay Support via the Helpdesk (https://help.conferma.com) and they will arrange this for you.

Unable to register

You have to register via the app login screen

I have tried to register on IE, Chrome & on Safari, keep getting an unknown error. I have tried various passwords that all meet the criteria. I even called my help desk & they couldn’t solve it. Please help.

Virtual Payment card

Virtual payment card no longer available, yet only booked room 6 hours earlier and first time accessing it!
Had to pay myself, not very happy with this system?

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We receive and action customer feedback on a regular basis which informs work schedules for new releases. We can see that you are using an old version of the app (v.3.1) We have since updated the App and recommend you download the latest version and turn on automatic updates.

Doesn’t work

App closes the moment you try to use it. I’d give it less stars if possible

Doesn't work

This app doesn't open up trips. Every time you try to open your trip for the detail the app. shuts down. It will notify you with updates with your past and current trips but no other information than that. This app needs to be reconstructed!

Terrible

Probably should make sure that the key feature he app is supposed to do actually freaking works. It force closes every single time you try and open a trip. Bravo!
