The website tells my password and username is incorrect. Yes I’m using the correct URL
This app is a nightmare while I’m traveling for work and you guys have no contact information. Already submitted a support email but then you ask me to confirm my email a s I go through the link and it takes me the screen to reset my password yet again except it says “failure” when I submit a request so it doesn’t work. And the email from customer service says that if I don’t confirm then my ticket won’t be addressed. This is exactly what I needed when traveling for work said no one ever!
