Today was the 1st and last time I will use this app

Too bad this app still has an issue with the registration link that doesn’t set up the newly created password. I’ve read the reviews and it’s been years since this issue was 1st reported. Smh.

Useless

It’s useless. I get messages about no connection or that the date and time in my phone are not correct regardless that my phone is online and with right date and time

We can see that you are using an old version of the app (v.4.8.1) We have since updated the App and recommend you download the latest version and turn on automatic updates.

Won’t open

Started acting a bit weird, now the app just won’t open whatsoever, just immediately crashes as soon as the icon is clicked. Restarted my phone and all, updated, just not working.

Unstable app

Keeps crashing when viewing activities. Useless if unable to use.

Can’t register

Trapped in an infernal loop from which there is no way out and no help available. Can’t register. Can’t change password can’t do anything

Can’t register. No help.

Several people at our company cannot get the initial email to set up registration and there is no phone number to reach anyone at Conferma Pay. When we login online and then try to use the app it does not allow you to use those very password you just set up online. And there’s no way to get a hold of anyone to help.

Truly staggeringly awful

Utterly useless. Registration page sets a password. Logging in then never recognises this. No re-set password button link available unless on the app. This does nothing as can never get account registered. Utterly baffling, truly unusable system that causes nothing but stress.

Terrible security practices

Expiring passwords is an outdated security practice. When you log in and your password is expired if you switch to an alternative app you have to start the login over again making using a password manager very difficult. Also passwords requiring special characters numbers etc ends up with people adding digits and characters to the end of a common password. Terrible, outdated, see latest NCDC guidance on passwords.

Updates

If you ever get to a point of working app, a update will always bring on the next problem for you. I do believe this app is updated each time by a high school student.

Garbage App

Trying to login with company credentials. Doesn’t use the same SSO system as other apps. Had to go through forgot password and it locked my account because I’d tried 3 times to login. Then it says if your account is locked to need to go through forgot password?? I’m in an infinite loop of crappy programming here, it just keeps telling me to go back through forgot password but doesn’t actually let me reset the password. What do I need to do to get my account password reset? This is ridiculous!
