Your app does not work

I was asked to down load for work all I get is an error locked out message when trying to register and no way to contact for help since registration is locked

Too complicated

I have not managed to use the card because the hotel does not know how to use the card either. I have had to use my own credit card to pay for transfers to and from the airport.

Latest update can’t log in

After update I can no longer access the App so no idea what has happened with it

Doesn’t work

Tried to link a work booking booked through Conferma. Blank screen doesn’t show any details you type in - booking ref, surname. Absolutely sure they were correct anyway (tried enough times) but kept failing to link it. Simply doesn’t work

Received a response from the developer, polite but suggesting I was using an old version since when there have been many updates. My post was THREE YEARS before the response, it was the latest version then. Haven’t used since as my employer no longer uses, so could well be improved

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We receive and action customer feedback on a regular basis which informs work schedules for new releases. We can see that you are using an old version of the app (v.4.0.1) We have since made multiple improvements to the App and recommend you download the latest version and turn on automatic updates.

Conferma got rid of the send authorization function.

Conferma used to have a way to resend an authorization by allowing a user to resend to different addresses.

I was checking out at a hotel when the hotel charged my personal credit card. When it was noted that the authorization was sent to an employee who was on vacation and the hotel staff could not authorize the charge.

We used to be able to resend the authorization through the app very readily. Not anymore. I had to call my travel provider who had to contact Conferma to resend the authorization over the phone to a different email address. What a paint in the butt.

Bring back the option to resend the authorization to an email address of my choosing when needed!!!!

Terrible app registration a nightmare

Won’t let you reset password and wont send you the email to reset.

Useless

Funny that the app has exactly the same problem as 4 years ago???? I am reading reviews, people came across the same issue that I have now? Never seen such a useless app before! How can you not improve this over the years? Impossible to confirm registration, keeps coming up with error message when I give my password. Trying to change as per the help advice, no email comes through except to notify me that I have been locked out. Utterly frustrating!

Absolute rubbish

I have downloaded this several times, got the app and can log in.
No card is active and can’t see any spending/ recent booking.
Despite having received an email confirmation that my booking is waiting for me on Conferma pay App!
No contact details to call and sort it out
So far very frustrating and waste of time
