So so good best diary app
Moved here from Momento - even paid for premium for a few months there and it had so many bug issues. I emailed support so many times in Momento to help me export my diary to move to Diaro and they never replied!
Anyway, Diaro is so amazing! Compared to dayone there’s only a one off payment for premium which is super reasonable! I would never pay £30+ per year for a diary, especially when Diaro has all of the features that I need. Their support email is super fast and a efficient, and most of all, super helpful. I love how you can move things into folders and add your mood to track how you’ve been. would 100% recommend!!!Show lessAcceberamazing
Easy To Use - Not Enough Sync Options
This is an easy to use, straight forward journal app with some nice features. Also, it’s far less expensive than some of the other overpriced journal apps, like Day One. The biggest downside for me is that the app only links to Dropbox, and not with any other cloud based storage, so it forces the user to purchase an expensive Dropbox subscription if data is to be synced across platforms. Simply allowing iCloud would make this app a must-have for journaling. The developer took the time to reply to my review and provided information about why Dropbox is currently the only sync option available. With that information I’ve updated my review from three to five stars. Also I’ve used the app for a longer period and it is a really cool app. Most of the other similar apps are so overpriced and involve an annual subscription. Dropbox is currently the only cloud storage option available which allows us to use them as a database, while providing free storage, which is crucial for sync purposes on all the platforms. Google drive, Yandex or Onedrive does not allow it. We are considering adding Google Firebase, but it is quite expensive, and will cost you at least 10 USD per month ( maybe more depending on the usage). ICloud is not multi-platform, so it is out of question, we cant use it for sync anywhere ( like diaroapp.com, on android or amazon devices, or later native Windows app).Really good
I really like this app! You can choose and customise fonts, colours and ect. I also love the fact that you can create a password and use your Touch ID as one too.
However I have a suggestion: if you could add things to customise even further like stickers, drawing options and templates it would be perfect.Show lessalicia-henderson
The best there is
I had been using Day One Classic for a number of years but they have got very greedy. Looking for an alternative I found Diaro. It is fantastic. It is better than day one and a one off payment at a fraction of the cost. What’s even more brilliant is that you can go to Diaro’s web page and import a ‘Day One’ backup from your Dropbox account straight into Diaro and everything is there absolutely perfect, pictures & all, no errors whatsoever. It’s like you sat there for weeks and manually entered everything yourself. Saved me many, many hours of work.
I had a question / request, so I emailed the support link and I was amazed that they replied within minutes on a bank holiday-day !

Amazing Diaro Support Team
I have been journaling with Diaro for 3+ years. I was shocked last week when the program crashed and my posts were gone. No problem, I had set up DropBox for backups. Well I had only done a few backups (no auto backup on free version). I contacted Diaro support, Mr A Milli contacted me and started to work on my issue. Over a period of several days, he assessed the problem, developed some software to extract my data from hidden files on my tablet. Success, I got all of posts back. When I expressed my deep gratitude, Mr Milli simply said, “that’s my job, to find and restore your data.” I am upgrading to Diaro Pro for automatic backups. Five stars to a great support team. Les agendas ordinaires permettent de tenir à jour ce qui se passera dans le futur. Avec Diaro, je peux documenter ce qui vient de se passer. Permettant de détailler chaque événement, ce qui en a découlé, les personnes à qui j’ai parlé, ce qui a été décidé, ce qui reste à faire, ect... Et tout en restant très simple, Diaro peut afficher les événements selon nos propres classification, selon le jour, un mot clef, ect. Chapeau !Show lessjmord3261

Back up issues with updates
I lost most of my journals due to back up issues. Finally, I resolved it myself. What is important in always put all those files you create in a folder because it’s seems the folder sync in stable and individual files without a folder does sometimes gets lost.
