App doesn’t work anymore
They’ve removed the options to select what type of request you want to make. It’s been this way for a few months. So many things that the city needs to be aware of like open manhole covers, broken street signs, and nothing, not even a phone number on the app to call.South Beach Resider
Unfortunately they took out ‘Report a Concern’
I’ve used the app for years to report issues to the City and get results. It’s been fantastic - but now they have disabled that feature. I’m basically left with the Trolley Tracker feature. :(Edumgr

This is an excellent app for residents!!!
This is an excellent app for residents to use to report concerns that need to be addressed by the city. I use it several times per week to address issues such as burnt out street lights, public garbage cans that need to be emptied, graffiti removal, broken irrigation sprinklers, abandoned bike removal, etc. This app pin points location and gives ability to attach picture. The city does a great job in completing these requests and then they send you an email to let you know the disposition of your service request. The West Avenue Neighborhood is much improved through the use of this app. Great job and Thank You!!Show lessSobefl

Garbage!!!
I cannot stand this app it's always crashing and never loads up when you open it until maybe the 20th time. What is even the point? And now they have this "Two finger" map moving thing which makes it even worse!Elfenlued90

Needs to be simpler
Need to have an auto suggest based on your location and the. Suggested routes accordingly... rather than requiring you to know the route itself.... loved the idea but .... forgot whom this is for ... locals elderly people ...Gh0st**7
Shows promise, but flaws limit usefulness
It sort of works, but forcing you to login in with a email and password every single time means I might as well wait until I'm in front of computer rather than use the app. It doesn't even retain the username. Once a user logs in, the authentication should be retained until an explicit logout.crestron
