No password reset; no customer support
I recently started back and I want to view my progress. I do not remember my password since it was five years ago. There is no way to reset my password because the app is telling me that there is no email associated with this account. Which is not true.Teacher d63
Powerful data but doesn’t sync with Apple Health
Great metrics and powerful health data at the tip of my finger to constantly adjust my fitness program. The only issue is the app does not sync with Apple Health which is a real set back to leveraging all this useful data.
P.S. past updates by the developers have been frequent and steadily improved stability and usability.Show lessdgerba
Annoying
Crashes every time I try to change the date of scans when manually inputting.emrussell
Bugs
Tried to manually enter my InBody results from the previous challenge and when I try to enter in the date it crashes every time. Disappointed user experience. Should be a upload photo option for those who don't have a QR code on their print out.joyceykim

The data provided is great for tracking your progress if you are training or working on weight loss. Also, support is great when you have issues.fvdave

What is the point of the app if it doesn’t connect to the health app?, Or connect to any other fitness tracker, I downloaded it because it connects to an app that will sync between Fitbit and the health app and Samsung but then it doesn’t connect to the health app.hpblair
Misleading information
The terms and conditions mention that you can use this as a guest however this does not seem possible as you have to register.
The registration does not accept Apple generated passwords so I don’t have a lot of confidence in this and deleted it.Doddy C
No syncing to Apple Health
I wish the app would let you enter all the other data you get on the print outs so it can all be stored in one place. I’m currently retaining all this in an excel spreadsheet so I don't lose it. Besides the app only retaining high level data (weight, BFP, BMI, etc.), it’s okay.
The biggest problem and common I’m seeing with other reviews is that the Apple Health integration doesn’t work. I’ve added data to the app manually and automatically from an InBody scale.
The InBody and Apple Health settings are turned as per the instructions from the app and the. I can see the same app instructions are copied and pasted on the other reviews.
I also tried to look on the InBody website and found there is no mention of the app or any support online for it.
This is not helpful as is doesn’t resolve the issue.
Is there a known bug or is there a specific way to turn on the settings that the app and copied developer response isn't telling us?

App works, but doesn’t seem to sync with Apple Health
Overall, I am happy with the app. I have the HN20 scale at home which I use everyday. I live the metrics the scale provide me with. The only thing is, I would like to see this sync up with Apple Health, which currently it does not.kire1820
