Its delicious and worth the stop
Im from St. Louis and love my fritz and ted drewes so i was not going to try this place, but first off they stay open till midnight , and im a night owl so that is what got me to give in and give it a try, honestly i go here now more than my home town favorite, hate to say it but my fritz wasnt even that good anymore after going here. They have rewards on the app, open year around , they just got everyone beat on every way, my new favorite and i love me some ice cream.
The app allows for you to load money onto the apo and use it for purchase but evey time i try to use my money they always tryto say, i dont have a reward available and i have to expkain to them my ballance nit my reward. Everytime i get staired at like im a idiot and they ask for helo and the manager akways comes rite over and uses the ballance. Not sure why thus is butvits hapoened multiple times at different locations!Show lessflooring resurrections

I’ve never liked icecream ever but when I tried Andy’s it was amazing and made my mouth water when I drove past it. Best service u can order at the walk up window or drive thru I ordered the in less than 5 minutes it was ready!! Best icecream ever I won’t go anywhere else!!!moistycow 26

I love going to Andy’s after dinner in Hillcrest village and I always use my apps to get points and rewards. I love the ice cream and the amount you get. The only thing I don’t like is that the rewards expire so If I get some rewards but already ordered my ice cream I have to buy more in order to get my reward when I’d rather get more later. Amazing!
First visit on my youngest daughter’s bday and they were amazing. A employee at the smyrna location told me she was tired and would be there til 12 so I even went and got her a energy drink from me and my wife as a tip because she said that’d be awesome when I offered. 10/10 service and hard-working young dreamers!Show lessMusicCityMusic
Excellent product, app could be improved
Please add function to add the rewards to apple wallet and given the rest of the features being solid - I’d rate this 5 stars with the aforementioned update and also if there was a more seamless menu experience given the many location specific menus and the fact that I get almost the same experience searching for the menu with the app as I do with a mobile browser.

I love that I can pay with the app. Love that I can see rewards. Love that I can see the menu.
Only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating is that you can’t order with the app.
But love going to Andy’s and lack of mobile ordering won’t stop me from going back.Whvmmom
App issues
I love Andy’s but I’m starting to get really frustrated with the app. It will work sometimes and then it doesn’t. It logs me out and won’t let me log back in and it’s doesn’t help when I get notifications from Andy’s and can’t clear them because I can’t log on. Never disappoints
We’ve been eating at Andy’s in Tyler, Texas and Waco, Texas for many years. Tonight we decided to introduce our friends to the one in Simpsonville, South Carolina. We knew what to expect, but our friends were blown away at how good it really is. Service was extraordinary just as it is in Texas. Really no surprise. We are in town for one more night and will probably visit one more time. Great job, South Carolina franchises. Get the word out that if you want second best then go to other ice cream/ custard establishments BUT if you want the best get over to Andy’s!Show lessBigoldbob
