  • Must preload money to your Andy's account

Basically, Andy's is taking your money without you buying you anything. They call it reloading your account. They then take the amount of your purchase from your Andy's account

I wonder how much money they are making from this. It seems like a scam

Rather than charging your credit card for your purchase, you have to give Andy's your money before your transaction. Which means they are taking your money without you buying anything.

    They have buttons for $10, $20, $25 or $50
You can also add a specified amount but you have no way of knowing how much your order is until after you have placed your order. You still need to load more than what you think the transaction would be.

  • Real custard in the south is near impossible to find!

UNTIL I FOUND ANDYS! They know what real custard is! I’m from Wisconsin so you can’t pass ice cream over to me and act as if it could come near to a substitute for custard. Incredulous!!! 🤨🤨

When I moved to Texas almost no one knew what custard even was, let alone where to get some. They tried telling me about this “Freddy’s” place, but what a disappointment. Then, they built an Andy’s about 45 min from me. Yes….I drive 45 minutes for this amazing custard. Only thing missing is big juicy burgers, fries and cheese curds. But 🤷‍♀️can’t have it all I guess.

  • I love Andy’s

Not only do I love Andy’s frozen custard, I love the Andys app. I use the menu function to decide what I want to enjoy and I use the check-in function to rack up points for my free treat. The only bad part is I live only about two blocks from Andys, so I really have to use restraint to not make a visit every week!

  • Minor glitches but love Andy’s

I work down the street from the Alpharetta location. After a few months of seeing a crowded parking lot, I decided to check them out. I called my mom to invite her when she stated that she saw this place called Andy’s on Atlanta Eats. Let’s try it! We did and we love, love love it! I signed her up for the app and she has no issues. I on the other hand, I’m constantly having to sign in and I don’t receive email notifications. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times as suggested by the customer support agent. Still not working. My mom recently received an email about an offer that I’ve yet to receive. I went in the app to click on “Stored Value”. You have to verify your email address. I did. Still haven’t received the verification email. That I would say along with having to sign every time is the most annoying part. I’m hooked so it doesn’t hinder my visits. Lol.

  • Chocolate Malt Heaven

I consider myself kinda a snob when it comes to chocolate malts. I used to think that nothing beat a Baskin Robbins chocolate malt until I found Andy’s. Seriously I know technically a custard, but you are completely missing out if you don’t try their chocolate malt with chocolate custard. Absolutely the best I’ve ever had!!!!

  • Always incredible!

Talk about smooth delightful decadence! Andy’s NEVER disappoints. No matter what you choose, it’s a winner. I love their Cherry Bash concrete. Absolutely wonderful. If you are an ice cream aficionado, Andy’s takes it to another level with their custard. So worthy! Their rewards program rocks, too!

  • Try the Snow Monster!

Better than ice cream or frozen yogurt in my opinion. Only reason for a 4 star is the price increase recently. $6 for a small is just a tad steep, and has definitely decreased my overall patronage. But I sure enjoy it when I go.

Maybe increase the size of the small a tad? Medium and large seems too much to finish. Small leaves me wanting just a bit more, while paying $6. Maybe I should just start getting the medium for $7 though and go less frequently, like once a week.

  • SNOWMONSTER !!!

I grew up outside of STL so I was very familiar with the Midwest idea of the ‘concrete’. TED DREWES was the answer to frozen custard year ‘round. As I traveled around the country, I’d see a frozen custard sign here and there, but none ever lived up to the standard I’d come to appreciate in STL.
‘Til now !!! The choc chip strawberry concrete was my go~to at Ted Drewes, and now Andy’s will be my go~to for the SNOWMONSTER (with pecans) here in San Antonio. When they say “chocolate chip”, what you won’t get is the waxy chunks of wanna~be chocolate that stick in your teeth for 3 days (even with brushing and flossing). Their version of choc chip is melted choc chips that, when added to the frozen custard, form frozen spicules of deliciousness ready to delight your palette. Please don’t rush out and order this now … I’m on my way and I’d like to be sure there’ll be enuf for me 😂.

  • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything about this place is worthy of five stars! The custard is to die for, the endless number of options make each trip fun, the staff is always super respectful and patient - would recommend and will continue to frequent here weekly!
  • Awesome!

The first time a spoonful of Andy’s entered my mouth I thought, “whoa, that other custard place in town had better up their game- this is way better!”
I LOVE a concrete with pecans and caramel. It’s my favorite! It’s a good things I don’t live too close- I’d be tempted to go there every day. Andy’s does it right!
