  • Get this app fixed

Why is it that every time someone @ mentions me I get an email about it and never an App notification? All settings are on for notifications.

This happens to all our users and is the biggest issue with this app, also navigating in the app is a confusing and unintuitive mess.
  • Atrocious

If I could leave a one-sentence review, it’d say “I’m just so much more confused, all of the time.” Wrike’s egregiously bad attention to UX makes their product literally unreadable. Literally. In western culture, we read left to right, top to bottom. That is not the case in many instances of Wrike modules. I have no clue why any designer would arrange things the way they’re arranged in Wrike. The only other product with a UX experience as poor is PowerPoint. I hope that comes across as an insult, because it’s intended to be one. That is just the tip of the iceberg of deficiencies this app has. Absolutely stay away at all costs.

Hello, thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it! We'll pass this feedback to our UX specialists and pay attention to details which you mentioned. By the way, if you use iPad, you can look at the navigation changes which we released several month ago: we'll try to make iPad experience more similar to web version - maybe you'll like it :)
  • Website great, app horrible, pricing is a bait-and-switch scam

The website is fantastic and functions well. But on the app you can’t just browse all the items on a board freely, and I can’t figure out how to save a new task to the main area we use. But either way it doesn’t matter: the website advertises the Professional plan for $10/user/month, but they don’t make it clear upfront that it’s a five user ($50/mo) minimum purchase, which is not affordable. What a waste of time :(

  • Completely Unusable

Saying that this app crashes constantly is a grave understatement. I am rarely able to do anything in the app, as it consistently crashes within 0 to 15 seconds of me opening it. Even doing something as simple as going to a task and downloading an image can take upwards of a dozen attempts, since the app can crash at any point during the process.

It seems to me like there is a disconnect between Wrike's development team and the management, as I can't imagine the developers were proud to push this broken product to the App Store. I would warn the management to consider whether this rate of updates is worthwhile, as they are badly damaging their service's reputation. My coworkers and I complain much more about Wrike's instabilities than we praise its new features.

Hello again! Of course, this should not happen, and it is very important for us to make sure that your problem is resolved. Does this problem exist now? The fact is that the crash rate of our app is really low now, and if you have any problems, we are ready to help you. Otherwise (if the problem doesn't recur, of course), maybe there's some chance that you'll update your review?
  • Our Team is Still Frustrated

We can’t use the mobile app to organize Wrike subtasks in their outlines among other mobile issues. Wrike is a black hole when it comes to any sort of reminder system because it doesn’t provide a way to remind through the app or over email. Finally, we cannot model our business projects or real estate transactions with the way dependencies and recurring tasks behave.

So, when we see yet another user pricing model from Wrike aimed at selling a subset of features to certain type of customer, we cannot help but think customers are being milked. We hope Wrike will instead fix the issues customers have placed on their discussion page and deliver new features with greater honesty and respect to their existing customers.

    Response;
I have submitted all of this feedback many times. So, being asked to do it again misses the point. Instead of asking me to email wrike for the nth time, wrike should be calling me about how to meet our needs for renewal.

Hi! Thank you for your reply. We would really like to reach out to you to discuss everything. Unfortunately, we cannot see any of your contact info under your reviews, so we would really appreciate it if you reach out to us via email or to the account manager you might have been in touch with earlier. Thank you in advance!
  • Inbox, Sent & Archived Not Working

I get badge notifications but when I open the app on iOS 13.2 on my iPhone X or iPad Pro, it clears my notifications and says there is nothing in my inbox. Of course, on my desktop app on my MacBook Pro or on my browser, I get notifications and my inbox loads.

Is there a way to clear caches on app? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times but no dice.

I’m not sure what’s going on—I submitted a ticket through support but no resolution. I rely on my app on iPhone and iPad so this is super frustrating as it’s been like this for awhile and there seems to be several bugs with the app in general.

Hi John! Sorry to hear the issue still persists. Could you please reopen your support ticket with us or create a new one? We'd really like to look into it an suggest a few more ways to resolve it. Thank you in advance!
  • Still issues

Where’s the QA here? Still so many issues. Have you considered pulling the app until you get it right?

In the meantime, perhaps help/feedback within the app might move in the right direction.
  • Issues with Saving

The UI is amazing. I appreciate everything that this app offers. However I’ve encountered an issue recently. I start adding notes to a task and hit Save, only to realize that my recent notes did not save at all. There is no way to recover my notes. I depend on the app to keep my information and seamlessly save it. Wrike admin: please work on this feature. Otherwise a great tool.

Hi, thanks for you feedback! Could you please drop us a line to support@team.wrike.com and share the details on it? Were you online or offline when it happened? Looking forward to hearing from you.
  • Great platform but iOS needs some tweaks

It’s a really cool platform and the desktop app is great. My only issues are the iOS app needs the timer added and video content should be streamed and not have to buffer the entire video before playing. It’d be nice to have all the same functionality that the desktop app has in the iOS app overall.

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. As for Time Tracking, we're already working on that, so it will appear soon. :)
  • App lacks core functions

Difficult to manage projects and accessing site via browser on tablet isn’t possible. Definitely worth considering other project management software if you are a heavy mobile device user and lead project manager.
