  • Found the app lacking

The desktop interface is much more useful. The app lacks a lot of critical information. Having 20-30 projects and several folders under each with the same titles such as “dev”, “prototype”, “release”. And the same tasks in each of the folders under each of the projects. You can’t see what tasks is for which project since it only displays the folder name with each task. So if you have a tasks like “submit final artwork to customer for approval” under the “release” folder in 10 different products you’ll just see the same task 10 times with the due dates and have no idea what the project for each one is. We’ve found the app to be for the most part worthless.

Hi, thank you for your feedback! Sounds like setting up Dashboard widgets per Project would help navigating through the iOS app and the desktop one. If you could give our app another try, could you please email us at support@team.wrike.com with your use case? We'll suggest a few tricks to create the ideal overview for your team. Thanks in advance!
  • Best productivity and collaboration product!

Have tried a variety of other lower end tools (Smartsheets, Asana), and our team struggled to get value beyond a google-docs like collaboration functionality. Wrike has saved us so much time by enabling task assignment and approvals, document sharing, project collaboration and automatic movement from tasks to calendar etc. Love it

  • Was A Great App, Latest Update Broke Everytging

The mobile app worked great, but several weeks ago, the developers issued a new update, and now nothing appears in the inbox or my work tabs. Nothing shows up in the “shared with me” section. I have literally dozens of tasks and folders (which you also can no longer view) and templates (guess what, you can’t view those, either). I have new notifications / mentions on the desktop version, which thankfully still works. I also no longer receive any type of notifications (yep, they’re turned on, all types). These problems exist consistently whether connected to WiFi or cellular data networks (with cellular data turned on for Wrike). If it were possible to create an app which is nothing more than a paper weight, this is it. Unfortunately, this makes Wrike a far less useful business app than the powerful business collaboration tool it used to be.

Hello! Sorry to hear about the issues you've faced. We haven't received any similar reports since the update, so we'd like to investigate this case deeper. When you have time, please shoot an email to support@team.wrike.con and our Support Team will be glad to help you with this! Thank you.
  • Massively unintuitive

The only explanation for this app’s design is that there has been zero user experience testing. I’m a Wrike desktop user with multiple projects underway—I can’t make heads or tails of any of them in this app. It feels like the app is intended for an entirely different audience from desktop users.
  • Joke

They’ve rolled out a new personal space which is fine but it’s also now the default for EVERYTHING

Are you business driven or consumer driven product? If now consumer driven, I’ll find a new product for our business.
  • Lastest version crashes and won’t open at all

    Running the latest iOS beta.
  • Unusable

Since the last two updates, the iOS app is completely unusable. And when I say that, what I mean is that I open the app and it tries to, but never does load content, notifications, projects, or ANYTHING. It’s as if you don’t have an account at all.
  • Its just a to-do list

Web is very good. App has a major flaw - no Gantt chart. I can’t have a quick overview of all project status. To me, the app is just a to do list for users, not for the managers.

The worst thing is when you try to use web site on a mobile device it force you to go to the app. You have to wrestle it to get to the full site. I don’t know what they are thinking. I plan to cancel our company’s subscription and go to MS project. It’s just too annoying.

Developer, don’t bother to respond. If you want to listen to users, just make the change. Otherwise don’t waste your time to type up your excuses. We, the seasoned users, don’t need to listen to you on how we want to work.

Wrike website users - before the developer makes the change to what we wanted, don’t waste your time on this app.

If you are new to Wrike, try something else first.

Hi again! We did a lot of work last year and improved our iOS and iPad apps. We released the Gantt Chart view this month, you can try it in the application :) Maybe there's some chance that you'll update your review?
  • Desktop App is Great, Not this.

I’ve been chatting with Wrike support for.m nearly 2 years waiting for a fix to their biggest bug - the inbox doesn’t load. They fix it, then it breaks (even on an update, iPhone X). As an enterprise customer this is pretty bad. And, I’m thinking about moving over to Asana... come on guys!
  • Where is the calendar?

Our company uses Wrike as a scheduling platform. They’re the only platform we’ve found that provides the calendar features we can adapt to our needs (only reason we use it). I was really looking forward to seeing that utilization in this app, but it’s not there. Our business is 24/7 and having access to the calendar features on our phones and tablets would be extremely beneficial for us.

    Downloaded and immediately deleted.

The Calendar view is quite new in Wrike and we are considering it to be added to the app in the future. In the meantime, the Mobile App provides access to a number of other useful functionalities that can be used on the go. So if you can give it another test spin we hope that your second acquaintance will make you feel like 5 stars :)
