  • Jerks are discontinuing service

    After over a decade of being a trouble free expat user of Citi in both my UK domicile and my US home country, Citi decided to only serve the plutocracy.

    Why is their app asking me for a review when they’ve already announced that they don’t want my custom?
  • No way to credit checks with online banking

    This bank has become increasingly difficult s for clients. There is no way to upload checks to credit either UK or US dollar accounts.

    There are no checks anymore- difficult unt to pay some bills or give funds in birthday cards.

    It is the ONLY account which lacks essential feature of online credits for accounts.

  • Could be hugely better

    —Very basic app and not user tested - imdimple functions like finding beneficiary account details when sending money are hidden?? —-Why is the font so fine on a brilliant white background / everyone does Not have 20:20 vision you need thicker fonts on a subdued background —The wealth tab is empty as is the get more tab / latter is just a plug for fx services —Why is the log out button hidden behind the arrow? —Needs more information clearly displayed — Help tab is quite rudimentary and should also have a Q &A section rather than just a few set general questions —- Should have mutiple log in - for example I have Citi account in both jersey and London — Should be able to link accounts jersey / London — get this app user tested by third parties to improve navigation and functionality — app looks like it is designed by a bunch of kids with limited experience — look at web browser based website access and replicate functionality - this is not a fashion website it is for essential banking services and needs more functionality, information, do not try to be trendy and minimalist - is — a very poor app in its current format and presentation — please fix and revamp keeping the customer in mind

    Multiple issues with the app from the way it does two factor authentication using the Citi token to its inability to update your account record immediately after sending a payment. Making me consider whether to switch banks.

  • Extremely Limited

    Citibank instructs customers to use the app instead of their website, but there are very few functions available. Unless you want to check your balance or make a one-time payment/transfer, it is useless.
  • Offline too often

    I live in a different time zone from the UK. I frequently find features are unavailable and recently I had to change my password which was programmed in for facial recognition.
