  • Who designed this?!?

Let me start by saying, I don't review apps ever. Logged in to share my test results with a new provider I was seeing today-primary care-and I could not access any results. Logged in and the icon with the lab vial was gone. Can't get a single piece of info off the app. How is that helpful? Besides it not functioning to perform its duty, it isn't nice to look at. I ignore it most of the time but since it's already broken might as well mention! Literally think every time I log on, how much I dislike the UI. Infertility patients already pay a lot of money, we should be able to have a functioning app to keep all the info in one place. It'd be nice if it looked nice/was user friendly/brought joy to you when you logged in. Maybe with a little peptalk phrase, sunshine, a relaxing scenic view, etc.

  • Needs Improvement

This app does the job but it could be better. I don’t understand why there are basically two main screens within this app. There’s the main screen you go to after logging in, but then there is a home icon where it takes you to the most frequently used features of this app such as looking at your documents, medications, messages from the team, etc. I don’t receive any notifications from the app but instead I’ll get a text message that I have received a notification within the app. When reading or typing messages within this app, you cannot reply to the same message. You have to create a brand new message and reference what you are replying to. It is extremely frustrating to not have one thread of all messages, and each one is individual. also, the icons are not intuitive to what they mean. There are a few icons where I have no idea what they are unless I click them.

  • Good for update/ bad because you can’t delete old items

Ive been using this app for the last 7 years of our infertility roller coaster. Its easy to use and has quick notifications. The only thing I do not like is that its Good for update but bad because you can’t delete old items and tasks do not get updated so I always have pending tasks.

Not being able to delete is a constant reminder of our failed attempts at conception. Hoping this is the last time we have to use it as we are implanting our final embryos.

Please fix the updated tasks and give us a way to delete old results that can add stress to this already sD and difficult situation.

  • Functional, but needs improvements

This app is decent in that it allows me to read messages and check lab results at the palm of my hands. But recently, it’s been giving me so many headaches, I’ve had to just log in online from my computer to avoid the hassle. My main issues are:

    1) Messaging — right now I can’t even see the messages I’m sending because the letters are white and the background is white. It’s also frustrating to have to start a new message every time instead of being able to have a thread with your clinician

    2) Notifications — I used to receive a text immediately letting me know I got a message from the nurse. Now, I don’t receive any at all

Overall, I think this app needs some updates. It feels a bit antiquated. It could take a few notes from other medical portals like MyChart, etc. I find it easier to navigate from my computer, which can be tricky when I only have my phone on me.

  • I’d rather not have an app than use this

Clunky is an understatement. I constantly get text messages to go and view things in the portal, which would be great, if I could actually found those things. I was told I had an invoice ready to be paid and literally clicked every single clickable area of the site and can’t find it. Messages are awful. What’s really crazy is the office staff knows how bad the app is Mr aren’t able to offer any guidance on where things might be. No way to reply to messages. You have to start a new message and ensure you keep up with who you are responding to. Every message comes from a different person. I have no clue who these people are. I try not to leave bad reviews, but the nerve of the app to constantly hound me and ask me to review it. Here you go, one star, do not recommend. Very poor experience. Why default to constantly update insurance info? How often does the average person switch insurance? Surely not on a daily basis. The view of my Lab results was pretty useless. Would be helpful to include standard ranges next to values. Pretty sure the average person doesn’t have all standard values of the bazillion tests they run memorized. Oh and you cant save your password or use Face ID. You literally have to type your password in every time, and it it times out pretty quick. Nice people at the office. Horrible app experience.

  • Clunky

This app is clunky in many ways. I hate that I can’t reply to messages. I can create a new message but then I don’t have the string of messages all in one place to easily reference. Also, even after I have looked at new lab results or read messages, it still shows that I have notifications. This is frustrating because I can’t turn off the notification in settings without missing important information from my doctor. I can’t even go from one lab result or message to another, even though there’s an arrow at the top of the screen indicating that I should be able to. It just gives an error so I have to open each one individually, try to remember which one I just looked at, click the next one, etc. This is particularly difficult given this is used by fertility clinics and there are several tests that are run at one time. It doesn’t have Face ID so I have to put in my password every time. It continuously said I need to update my referral but even when I click on it and save, the notification is still there. Overall, the app is clunky and has been for years. It needs significant improvements.

  • Antiquated app

I was thrilled to know that my clinic had a patient portal. That quickly changed once I started using the app.

There are multiple messages stating I have new tasks. Most of the tasks are documents that I uploaded. I’m not sure why I have to review documents I just uploaded in order to clear the notifications. Every time I click the notification to review, I receive an blank screen pop up that only allows select close. This is annoying and should not happen after selecting a document to review.

The screen does not fit my iPhone 14. The back button is partially off the screen and the close button at the bottom is hard to get to since the screen is so stretched.

Overall, the interface is not user friendly and feels extremely dated. This patient portal is subpar to the other patient portals with other vendors.

  • Worst app created

Terrible app, not user friendly. You cant even reply to a message as the button doesn’t work and it promptly kicks you out of the app so ive got to create a new message every time i respond and its incredibly confusing. The app will also kick you out regularly and make you re log in. Ive typed large paragraphs only to have it kick me out and have to start over again. Ive tried to use the calandar part, it gives you a suggestion to send calandar updates to your personal calandar and then promptly kicks you out. I hate using it. I also wish it would let me stayed logged in for longer than a few mins. I have to re-log in every time i go to use it. Wish i could have a dif app for my fertility dr. Makes me wish id picked a different drs office too.

  • Terrible app

This app is ridiculously bad. I have Repeatedly had issues using the portal on both my cell phone and laptop to fill out basic information, sign consents and look at documents. Often it will not load the documents with the saved changes. It also says “corrupted file” when I try to open consents sent to me via my healthcare provider. It’s also weird that you can not simply respond to a message, you have to start a new message and guess which category will apply to the person you are trying to reach.

  • Not User-Friendly

This app is not good at all. Make sure your doctor is not using this app to save you stress and frustration. It’s very easy to miss extremely important information as it’s difficult to see all of the information entered by the doctor’s office. Information in the flow sheet is hidden to the right of the screens, and you can’t scroll all the way to the bottom of the page with our pressing and holding the scene firmly. When you stop holding, it automatically scrolls up, hiding the last 4th of the page.
