  • Great app, but 1 annoying issue

    This app has some great features (like being able to view all of your past tests and results, upcoming appointments & confirming via the app, messaging with the staff and the portal) however the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it always gives you notifications that can’t be cleared in the app for updating your referral source (which wouldn’t ever change) and then for your partners profile (until they go in for their test). And then when that’s done the “update referral source” notification stays as well as any true notifications you have. I had 9 notifications since my last appointment that won’t clear.

  • So many bugs

    The app is great to have for accessing your information and appointments, but it has so many bugs that it has become super frustrating to use. The app constantly shows notification icons for messages that are not new or don’t exist, and the icon never clears or goes away. App is constantly crashing as well. There’s no way to save login or use Face ID. It would be a great app if updates could be made to correct the issues.

  • It’s okay

    Just started using this app a few weeks ago because the fertility clinic recommended it. I updated my info and tapped the save icon, but when I returned, none of it was saved. Only able to see some labs because it crashes when I try to view some. The clinic told me the app would remind me to take medications but nothing like that has happened. I’ll keep it for a while but probably will end up deleting it since I have to go to website to actually get anything useful done.

  • Needs software update ASAP

    Like the App but there are a few issues. When you calendar an appointment it kicks you out and you have to sign in all over again which is annoying. Also it keeps saying information is missing or update referral. Otherwise it’s easy to navigate and find the information you are looking for. I think it just needs a software update.

  • It’s just ok

    Could use some update. No upload functionality and it’s glitchy. It’s showing incomplete tasks even though you already completed and saved. You can confirm some appointments but not all so there is always a notification that you have unconfirmed appointments. The inbox feature need to be updated. There is no reply option and you can’t upload documents or pictures.

  • Unimpressed with service and regularly new bills that are not all inclusive

    After several attempts to clarify billing, the nurse or physician forgot to input appropriate prescriptions twice, difficulty contacting the clinic when necessary, a problem at the surgery center that the physician did try to remedy, but stressful non the less, I have decided to use a different clinic going forward. The office and Physicians do not seem to connect with one another well. The app does not allow messages from patients. Note, we are successfully conceiving, but the clinic posed several problems and I was unimpressed with the lack of carryover and consistency.

  • I hate having to use this app

    One of the worst apps I have used. The graphics are pixelated and it doesn’t come across clean. Navigating the site to see messages, results and docs could be clearer since nothing is labeled and the symbols are ambiguous. Notifications do not clear even after I have opened and read them. Also the app placed a notification on docs I uploaded! The only way I know I have legitimate messages from the staff is because I get a text message, otherwise this app would be completely unusable! My doctor and his staff have been so great and I cannot fathom why they would opt to use such a poorly created app, surely email is better than this.

  • Constant notifs for outdated info

    My app constantly has notifications because it keeps forgetting that I’ve updated my referral source and it constantly marks documents I submitted months ago as new. When you are anxiously waiting for results from your doctor it is very stressful for the app to have a notif pop up for no reason. I don’t understand why the app seems to always flag old information as new or unread. It’s very frustrating. The UI is very clunky and unintuitive. But what’s the point of complaining since it’s not like any of us are using this app by choice. So lame.

  • Eh

    Not very user friendly. Sometimes I can find a way to get to the main website through the app and it has all the info that I need that way, but it’s not easy to navigate the website because it’s not made for a phone browser. So the app should replace of having to use the web browser however it keeps notification of “tasks” I need to complete that I’ve already completed. Some forms you can’t fill out through the app, you have to use the web browser And I can’t figure out how to read lab results after I viewed them once, it disappeared. I am wishing the office used a different portal. I’ve used others and they seem to work better than this one.

  • Glad it exists, but it needs improvements

    I am grateful to have the app to have a quick way to check messages & appts etc. Here are the few things that need to improve for it to earn a higher rating: 1.The system needs to be more stable. It crashes very frequently (esp when trying to add appts to the calendar ). 2. There needs to be a reply button on emails. It’s annoying to have to start a new email every time we want to respond to the doctor’s or Nurse’s questions. 3. There needs to be a finances section that clearly stated what/when charges are made & for how much.
