  • works for what it is

My doctors office uses this app and because they do, now so do i. Every single time I open the app Ive been “reminded” to review it and since I can’t get the message to go away I’ll review it (maybe that will help). I mostly use the app to message my doctors office. This feature is fine but could be more user friendly. More than once I’ve written a
note but forgot to add info in the “to” field before submitting and the message vanished. Drafts would be nice. The app keeps alerting me to update a referral source or fill out my user profile, even though I’ve done that several times and would just like to turn that notification off.
On a positive note it records all history of
medications, which makes tracking and reordering easy. Overall a decent and helpful app but developers could make changes to enhance usability, design, and functionality.

  • This app is the worst

IVF is already a super difficult thing to go through, this app makes it so much worse. Unfortunately, if you’re working with a clinic like the one I’m working with, it literally the only way to interact with super important & time sensitive information. I’m not some kind of app expert and I’ve actually never written an app review before. But I had to write about this one. From login to notifications to navigation, it’s for sure the worst app I’ve ever used. And I’m forced to use it!
If you find the same things I do, complain to your clinic about it. Together we can put a stop to idiocy. ....I hope.

  • In theory good but has a lot to work on...

First of all, it is ridiculous that you cannot respond to messages like you would an email. To thank someone for doing something for me, I need to compose an entirely new email, which is so old fashioned and also annoying when trying to piece threads of conversation together.
Printing PDF instructions isn’t very clear, it took me a couple of tries to see that I needed “hover” over the pdf to find a print option.
It is also annoying that even though documents have been signed and seen to, there is no way for me to mark them as “read” or “already seen” or “dealt with” and it therefore reminds you of the same ones in the number count on the widget, despite them not being new matters that I need to attend to.
Otherwise, app is ok. SMS notifications are useful but that’s about it. I have used other Medical Portals that are much more up-to-date and in line with today’s fast-paced world!

  • Terrible app

I have this app on my iPhone and there’s no way to save the log in info, so I have to type it in each time. Then new notifications don’t disappear after you’ve clicked on things so it says different numbers of “new” things when you see the app from the home screen. Just not user friendly at all. Also, there’s no way to print my meds calendar uploaded in the letters section or a way to forward the pdf to the intended parents or my email for printing. I hate this app and find it pointless. I’d rather go back to getting an email and to hell with hipaa.

  • It works

App is pretty easy to use, you can keep track of your upcoming appointments and test results, and it alerts you every time you receive communication from your doctor’s office. However, it will not let you to reply specifically to your coordinator or doctor. Also, it doesn’t let you to send a message if office is closed. It would be nice to be able to leave the message outside the office hours that could be followed up next day. In addition, it doesn’t let you clear the alerts which is little annoying but that’s just few suggestions for improvement.

  • Annoying & difficult to use in this age

I prefer to use the portal through the website just because my password can at least be saved there. There’s no way to clear the alerts in the app so I’m constantly opening it to see if I missed a message, but with no way to save the password, use the thumbprint or have a PIN, I have to open my password manager each time and select the password from the list. That added complication is a huge nuisance especially when I get in there only to find I have no new alerts, just old ones that have popped up again. I have alerts on items from 2016!

When communication is so important during IVF, these added complications only add stress & frustration to my life.

  • Several annoying things.

First of all.... why can’t I clear my notifications ?? I have looked at everything on my account and there are still 34 notifications. On one of my prescription pages, it still says unread even though I have looked at it multiple times. I tried to clear them from the webpage too which makes me think it’s a webpage problem.

Also... why can’t I save my password? Having to re enter it every time is super annoying.

I see other people are annoyed about both of these things. Would be awesome to get them both fixed.

Otherwise. It’s nice to not have to go to the webpage.

I also wish messages was one of the main icons when you first log on. I hate having to go into another icon to find it. I use the messages the most.

  • Great App, but I can’t clear all of the alerts

I love this app! It alerts me immediately when I have a message or instructions, but... since I’ve had the app I cannot cleat all of the alerts and it drives me BONKERS! It always says I have 2 alerts (update referral source and complete my partner’s profile). I have completed the task literally 25 times on my desktop and on the app, but I cannot get anything to work. Other than that, this app allows you to check your labs as soon as they come in, check your levels, read messages and review instructions without being in front of a computer - which is extremely convenient. This app is perfect for the impatient and expecting mom to be that is nervous and excited, but cannot stop what she’s doing to get online and check on things every few minutes. If I could get rid of those 2 task alerts, I would def. give this app 5 stars.

  • Very happy they offer it!

The app is awesome for when you are not near your computer and you get a text message that you have a new portal message! You try your best to De-stress during a stressful time that changes day to day sometimes and having this app helps you leave your laptop behind and explore life while waiting patiently to hear from the clinic.

There is a message from the app manager that the clinic does not allow the “reply” option to messages. Other than that app settings function that they do not want to utilize, I would of given the app 5 stars!

Very grateful they offer it during today’s technological age.

  • Concept is great

Lots of updates need to be applied - cannot reply to a message, must create a new one each time. This makes it hard to keep a message thread up to date; as well as prompt replying, etc.
there are letters/concerns/etc showing still open/active - but when you click on them, it doesn’t take down the notification, etc.
there are notices, forms, etc that are listed in non-sequential order. Making it difficult to thoroughly sort, view, filter needed documents.

I do like that when we do get a new message, we are texted & cab view responses via the app.

Once the above are fixed, I feel like I might be able to increase from 4 starts, through. 5.
