  • Not trustworthy

    We use traveloka to book our hotel a year in advance through shopback app to get some cashback, it was tracked on the shopback app and we did stay at the hotel a year later and then taveloka rejected the cashback that we supposedly get, will never use this again and would rather booking from another platform

  • Don’t use

    customer service won’t step in to protect customers if hotel misrepresents condition of property App is unstable and buggy. Customer service is useless. Customer service required me to submit “proof” the hotel I booked is a disaster. Proof couldn’t be sent because app is broken and won’t allow picture uploads. Proof sent via email didn’t help because customer service won’t step in to protect customers if hotel misrepresents condition of property. Frustrating waste of time.

  • Bad

    The service was terrible; I successfully booked and paid, but did not receive an electronic invoice. I couldn’t reach customer service, and they did not respond to my messages or emails.

  • Don’t use

    I’ve booked two trains in Java and it’s an easy app to use and works very well. Recommended.

  • Very bad experience

    The app is not working probably. It takes longer time to download but when it comes to payment, it is not synced then my payment was canceled eventhough i successfully made the payment. The worst is contacting the company. I went all my ways and took a lot of efforts using every chance to contact them but only heard from them after 3 days to tell me that they received the payment but cannot generate a booking for me and request me to rebook and pay the difference. I felt like it was my fault and t had to take responsibility. Cannot believe a well-known company can comes up to that solution for me after i takes a great effort to reach out to them.

  • Look like a trap

    Do not use this app if you do not use Vietnam's bank card to pay. When you pay for them by Vietnamese dong, they used the low exchange rate (your country currency, not use) to charges you, when you cancel (FREE cancellation), they refund back for you with very high exchange rate (persure it is higher than bank exchange rate for your country currencies; maybe they use USD exchange rate). It is so so good business, they do anything, got the different more than 6% per cancellation.
    I just wonder What is FREE cancellation? What is exchange rate, which bank they base on... They do not answer you when you have this questions. Just something happened, you loose more than 6% for FREE Cancellation.
    Remember, Never and Ever used this app if you do not have Vietnam bank card.

  • Steal your money

    Don't use this page to book for travel experiences. They won't refund you when the experience is cancelled for whatever reason. Customer support will try to stall you as long as they can and stop the support conversation as they wish.

  • Hope can combine with booking long term stays

    LOVE traveloka been using it since high school im in my late 20s now and still the best travel booking app. Hoping to see more features like being able to book the Whoosh train or local buseslike Suroboyo Bus.

  • Worst Travel Agent

    If they were not a know business I have dealt with previously I would report them as a scam.

    Avoid using the app and this agent as they hold refunds provided despite the airlines paying them back and give standard excuses and responses to questions
