  • Rubbish service

    Booked three train tickets from Bekasi to Cirebon with a 100% refund guarantee. After having some paperwork problems here in Australia, we decided to postpone the trip and try to refund the tickets.
    Funnily enough, to refund a train ticket, you have to physically go to an INDONESIAN train station and this wasn’t mentioned earlier. So they accept a purchase from overseas, they accept an overseas passport as a passenger's identification, but they somehow don’t wanna process a refund from overseas. What a scam.

    Oh one last thing, tried to call a bunch of their call service lines, nothing went through. There’s one line that picked up my call and they told me to go to the station (mind you at this point I already told them that I’m not in Indonesia).

  • They are not authorized to book all hotels that its showing

    I have experienced terrible thing with them , they let me standing in the hotel for three hours and they did not solve my problem end with up that i payed my stays day twice be careful!!!!

  • Bad customer service

    No one responded to my messages when I needed an urgent solution (airport transfer reschedule)
    Once they did get back to me via email, everything was already too late as I had to make a decision / plan B. And they refused to give me a refund when I didnt use their service.
    Avoid traveloka!!
    especially when you likely need to talk to the customer service cz I don’t think there’s any human available to talk to, only robot!

  • Got so many spam mail from Triplt

    App is ok. They change the price per ticket everytime I change the amount of people. Everytime I book flight tickets, I got so many spam mail from Triplt. Why you guys try to sell my info to the third party?

  • Flaky app

    Flaky overly complicated app with the worst “help” desk I’ve encountered. I do not recommend!
  • Bad site for booking hotel; beware of default insurance

    Beware of Traveloka adding insurance to hotel booking. No other hotel sites do this so I booked and didn’t realize they added Chubb insurance by default. This is deceptive and a fraudulent business practice. Shows how they are desperate for revenues to bow so low. I like their travel site but now have to be careful of anything they sell. I hope Traveloka will reconsider this business practice.

  • Worst way to book

    This has been the absolutely worst experience booking a flight through their app and service. Do not waste your money. Book direct with airline or hotel. Also, tried to refund my tickets and they don’t even offer 100% refund before flight!!! What a scam!

  • Terrible apps ever !!!

    Terrible. Should not use this app or this flat form as they’ll never send you informations after booking. Terrible Terrible!!!!

  • Cannot suppress all push notifications

    Great travel app. But it seems toggling off push notifications doesn’t suppress other push notifications about price drops etc. quite annoying.
