Shared email with too many companies!

The App is a good one however the reason I have them 1 Star is purely because-
1. Since signing up to their app, I’m getting too many marketing emails from right, left and centre despite the fact that I explicitly opted out for this option.
2. Even after unsubscribing from their email, they keep sending me marketing emails and now their ‘unsubscribe’ link doesn’t work!
As far as I know the EU GDPR law, they are breaking the law and I’m saving all my interaction so that I can make a complain against them, if they don’t stop!

Poor form

Accidentally bought tickets for the wrong date. Five minutes after purchase I realised I’d made a mistake but could not modify tickets or get a refund. I emailed them and was told that there was nothing they can do. €55 wasted in 5 minutes

Don’t use it !

I’ve being in Paris to visit Louvre museum , I booked a ticket throw Headout and they didn’t send me a ticket , after my claim they just made a refund, and said sorry , what about my spending time, my ruining vacation ☹️?!

Save your money

We booked Madame Brasserie at Eiffel Tower 3 months in advanced and were extremely excited to go.
My husband and I both ate the lobster appetizers the same and different main and dessert and we got food poisoning. It was the only food we had eaten the same so we know it was from this. It took 1.5 days out of our holiday as we were both so sick.
We tried to explain to the restaurant and they dismissed us because we had booked with Headout.
Headout also dismissed us.
Save your money do not go to this restaurant. Even if we didn’t get sick the food was just so-so. There are so many better choices at a quarter of the price all over Paris.
Don’t book with Headout they don’t offer any support!

Worst customer experience

The app is not just expensive but has the worst customer experience as well. The chat-us option or the customer care option is of no use and they do not care about the customer experience at all. After charging extra money then normal, they still do not provide any good experience. Do not use the app.

Save your money! Time! And energy!

This was the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had! They don’t have proper answers for anything — everything depends on the local provider, and no one takes accountability. Once they have your money, expect them to take 6 to 7 hours (or more!) to respond. And when they do, it’s always the same excuse: “We need to confirm with the local partner.” There’s zero flexibility, no help, no solutions — just a complete waste of time and money! Not only is their service terrible, but it’s also way more expensive than other alternatives. What did I even pay for? I was supposed to enjoy my holiday, not spend it stressed out and worrying about losing my money because of their incompetence. Absolutely infuriating! I will never use them again.

Stop restricting ppl from things they’ve already purchased

Forcing people to download your app to access tickets they already purchased is like blackmail. Worst idea ever. No customer empathy at all. I bought tickets and was unable to enter an attraction in Spain bc downloading the app would take hours over slow mobile data AND there was no way to get access to my ticket via mobile web even though it should just be a PDF??? In addition, the email said I could get into the attraction with the booking ID even if I didn’t download the app. That did not turn out to be true at all.

Why are you making ppl download your app when they just want their ticket??????? Get over yourself. Was the cost of the ticket the money AND downloading your app???? Maybe you should put that in your checkout otherwise this seems kind of illegal to me

Don’t !

Worst customer service possible. These guys are not trustworthy. The guide told us to come back 30 minutes later then… never showed up ! We waited 30 minutes on the phone and got an email in italian. Call them back to get another email declining responsibility.

Long wait

It said that they will give us tickets in 2hrs but it took around like a whole day, or more.

Absolute scam booked Roma tickets in Rome

Booked Roma tickets in Rome the locations that they show you to pick up your vultures don’t exist or hidden people so people can’t find them. The Google location isn’t correct they may exist, but I could not find them in three locations kind of coincidental don’t you think do not use this app I repeat do not use this app I lost €120 plus hours out of my day.😞😞😞😩😤
