Hopeless
If you are reading this you have, probably, been sucked in like us.
We wanted to go to Prado Museum with an Audioguide we paid for this. Got the ticket. But the audioguide was hopless Only guide for a handful of paintings- if you were lucky enough to stumble over the paintings. The descriptions, at best, were cursory.

Arrived with my ticket and it was not honoured. Also I could have received seniors discount- half price-

SCAM, Selling fake tickets to National Parks
We purchased tickets from here for Plitvice National Parks, but needed to make a slight adjustment. Unfortunately we were told we could not as this was their ‘policy’ and that I should ring the national park directly. The national park were happy to make changes and help until I said who I bought the tickets from. To my surprise I was told that they do not work with Headout and that they can not accept tickets purchased from their website. They fill out the details wrong resulting in people spending their hard earned money on effectively nothing. We were told by the lady from the national park ‘even if we could access those tickets we are not allowed to touch them’.
I raised a dispute with our bank and called Headout again. This time I confronted them with what the national park had told us, asked them to explain their policy, and why they were selling tickets to a park they are not partnered with. My questions were left unanswered, I was told to raise a dispute, and then hung up on.
All we wanted to do was enjoy the national parks on our holiday, but it had now been ruined thanks to Headout. Refusing to answer my questions and refusing to acknowledge they don’t work with the national park they claim to.

So frustrating.
Do not use this company. They never sent the required QR code so we could not board our bus. They did respond to email but never returned my euros. Do not use.
No tickets sent after purchasing
Mistakenly being directed to the is stupid website buying Milan Cathedral tickets. Over priced tickets comparing to the official website. No tickets sent to my email in PDF. Force you to instal this stupid App to see the tickets. Still no option to add the tickets to Apple wallet. Why do I have to keep this stupid App. Hope you go bankruptcy and close this stupid scam company.

Unreasonable policies
Made an honest mistake and booked the wrong ticket, when I requested to modify the booking to the right ticket (which was at exactly the same price I paid), I was told that it was not possible, only to find out that if you had bought another type of ticket, there was the option to modify or cancel. Unreasonable policies. Then there was an issue in booking the time slots required with the new tickets I purchased (because for all my troubles they gave me credits), one thing after another. Horrible experience.

I got a couple of tickets that never showed up on the app…!! Lost the train and my money… tried to contact support and they never get back to me… it’s been more than 2 months now..!!

Worked fine for me! What’s up with bad reviews?
I impulsively booked like 5 events for my New York trip and later read the reviews and thought I made a mistake. I panicked and cancelled the ones I could and kept the ones I couldn’t cancel. And guess what? They freakin worked perfectly!!!! The people scanning my ticket didn’t ask any questions. The only thing is one of the dates changed on their own (accident/error) but I was able to cancel that event. I think I used a total of 3 tickets from this app. Again I was surprised they worked because the bad reviews scared me, but overall I was really happy with how easy and smooth it was. The app is REALLY easy to navigate. Give it a try.

Avoid if you can.
Buggy. Doesn’t really work offline. Would be just simpler to email pdf but they make with waste time with many steps. Avoid this app if you can.
