Headout claims to be an official partner of Seville Cathedral but it is not. Despite using a web address which contains Seville cathedral in its name, this is not an official agent. We were sold ‘Skip the Line’ tickets but this is not a possibility at Seville cathedral. The venue workers told us that Headout were selling fake promises and that they do not do Skip the Line. We did gain entry to the cathedral with the tickets sold by Headout but they were not what they promised.
The chat help service is just a bot. It is not possible to speak to a human to complain.
