Scam app

They’re resellers. Please people go directly to shows oficial webpages, these guys add no value just cost to ticketing process. Be aware they’ll come up at the top of your browser as ad so don’t click on it and keep scrolling down until you get to proper ticketing sites. Not recommended at all.

Awful

First they were not able to book the time they showed and only after we paid they came back and we had to change the time of the museum visit. Then the pdf they showed was only visible on their app and could not download so they can keep you in the app. Lastly, after a few weeks I noticed my phone battery was strangely draining fast. This morning I looked at the % used and Headout was 59% even though I have not used it for weeks. Clearly app has tracking me the whole time, either nefariously or they just have bad developers. Either way, deleting now and never using this service again.

Scam not refundable need to PRINT e ticket

You buy online in a foreign country than you need to go 45 minutes on a bus to PRINT e ticket. Says it's refundable than it's not. Lost 30 minutes of my life and 56 euro. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Forced to install app

If I now that I must install app in order to receive my ticket, I choose another provider. You must send the ticket to email and if I need your app, I will decide to install it or not

Dodgy third party provider

This company does not pick up the phone, and are absolutely terrible to work with - my tickets came through for the wrong date. Within minutes of getting the confirmation email I tried calling several times to speak to someone with zero response. They even give you an option to “call you back within the next 10 minutes” which they do not. Hoping my credit card company can sort the issue out because I now have a pending transaction to try and sort out.

Never received the ticket

I purchased the Combo: Universal Express Pass 4 ~ Variety Choice ~+ Universal Studios Japan - 1 Day Studio Pass but they only sent the 1 Day Pass. I went to USJ and was denied access to the Express Pass with the tickets they gave us. I had contacted them straight away informing them our problem. Headout responded by sending us the link back to the same ticket. I had sent multiple emails regarding to a refund but never received an email back. Do not purchase from this website!!

For Alcazar Seville, don’t use!

Paid for tickets advertised as ‘skip the line’, which the officials at the attraction told us wasn’t possible and is just a scam advertised by third party ticket sellers. Also paid 5€ for an audio guide via Headout which the officials said wasn’t for their audio guide but the ticket sellers. There was no audio guide available on the Headout app. Paid extra for the skip the line and the audio guide and an 8€ admin fee on two tickets. Not impressed. I recommend avoiding this third party agent and buying tickets direct from the attraction ticket office.

Clunky

Open app, try to log in, it sends a link to your email. Click link, that opens Safari which then opens App store which lets you re-open app, but you haven’t made any progress getting logged in.

Confirmation of ticket purchase arrives in email. Aggregation of getting logged in repeats (even though only a minute or two has passed), as you try to get official ticket. Finally reach a webpage (having given up on the app) that has a download link for PDF of ticket. Hit “download” and the PDF is pulled down but not shown in Files (just in Safari recents). When you realize that, you can show the ticket-taker, but you might have multiple PDFs to search through for the (in our case) 5 that are needed (look at the last bit of the looong file name to distinguish one from another and its duplicates).

I would give zero stars if I could.

The guide did not turn up for our tour. We were advised on the app to arrive 15 mins before the tour time which we did in exactly the place we were told to. We tried to telephone the office but there was no answer. We waited a further 15 mins before going inside and buying more tickets. When we complained to the office, they were extremely rude and basically called us liars. We had timed proof, but they would not accept that. An absolute disgrace. Steer clear at all costs!

Just a reseller

Not worth it. You buy the tickets from them, if you are lucky and they have direct access to your attractions ticketing system, you will get tickets quick. If they don’t have access they will go through another app to get your tickets so you have to wait until their transaction is completed to get your tickets. Definitely not worth it.
