Runs well, features could be better.
This app does not seem to be “heavy.” While other apps take time to load and run because of ads and trackers, this one opens quick and clean. Navigation is pretty intuitive.
I have had the app for a while and still cannot fathom why some of the features only work with appointments that are booked on the app. It has my donor number, but somehow cannot sync to the ARC database that keeps track of all my donations. Specifically, the “Where did my Blood Go” story does not work well with appts made on the phone. The other is the team impact feature, which taps into my competitive nature. My team’s impact seems stuck at “700 lives” affected, as if my last several years of donating did not have an impact because I don’t book appointments through the app. Once they fix those items I will rate it 5 stars!
