This was a very good device until latest version of software for the i-pad pro. Unit is not recognized when connected and states something is wrong with it. If there is a fix please send along with instructions!brutebernard

Drops connection

Could be a very good app but the photo viewer won’t load the camera roll on an iPad Air, iPad Pro or iPad mini 4. Have reported the issue but had no response, which is disappointing. The app crashes randomly when performing other tasks, making it almost impossible to transfer photos from my camera or ios devices to the 4K ireader, which was the reason I purchased it.Show lessIcn05

Since apple updated to their latest version, this app is horrible. You are unable to log onto the app and it does not read your device! Horrible... rip off.. waste of money. Fix it!Can2 TX
App lost my file:(
A sept still need some work. I tried to move file from flashcards to my camera roll and it just disappeared somewhere on the way. Many small glitches happened as well. Both on iPad and iPhone. Hope you can fix it soon. Would be great app if it would be working properly.SashkoBoroda

I have purchase photofast evo plus, I found in-App Purchase for capacity upgrade. Is this real that I can upgrade my 16Gb to 32Gb for free? How could this even possible to physically upgrade the i-flash drive?The_Raze

App worked great before the update. I used it to upload images from my wildlife camera but now it authenticates the card then nothing happens.Zarafet
Great idea... poor performance
I primarily use the drive for movies while traveling. If I pause a video the audio and video become out of sync. Thereafter and very often the videos also stall (the authentication fails during play) so you have to remove and re-insert the drive to restart the app.PhotographAmerica
