NTFS Lightning Format???
Works well, except can't format lightning to NFTS. I can on the USB side but then my iPhone won't read it. I would rate it 5 stars if this option was available. I don't know if that would that have to do with the app or the USB? So I'm rating it 3 stars.LENNY09
Issue Saving Videos and Pictures
I am using the small Micro SD to iOS adapter and i can copy and save the picture to the camera roll but when i try doing videos it acts like it is doing it, then when done the video is not there.
I originally tried this with the non 360 degree photo fast app as well and when i tried to do anything there (such as watching a vido) it just crashes the app.
This was done on a standard iPad mini 4 (running latet ios 10.3.1) with nothing but just iOS and the DJI apps along with the photofast app.
Because the program works mostly i gave it a 3. Once the coping of videos and crashes are fixed i will give it a much higher rating. It may work differently on the air, air2 and pro - will have to try it out.Show lessThowalla

Fantastic device (CR-8800), a must have !
Reads all micro sd cards perfectly and can hold movies for watching (great on ipad paired with bt speakers or earphones), use for accessing media taken on dslr camera, or to save storage by transferring your media from idevices.
Files are transferred in their original state/ size, so no loss of quality.
And if you use a fast micro sd card, it transfers files very fast too !

No Technical Support - April 5, 2017
If you decide to use the external drive security you must enter your personal contact information to be able to retrieve your password. The problem is there is no way to change or reset this information. The only way to contact anyone for help is to file a bug report which I have done many times on this problem. No one ever replies back and after 8 updates in the past 5 months the problem has not been fixed. This company is not responsive to your problems and appears not to care.
The app works well but it has bugs which I have reported for this version 1.7.9 and the previous version 1.7.8, 1.7.6, 1.7.5, 1.7.4, 1.7.3, and 1.7.2; which no one has contacted me about or fixed. When going to their website there is no way to get technical support. The only way to contact them is by using the bug report and then it is like talking to the wall, they never reply.Show lessKevin41269
Don't buy 4K card reader.
It can't even read exFAT format though it's for 4K video. Many 4K video are exceed 4GB but this app can't read them. What a joke?
Other than that the app keeps crashing every time I open .mkv clips I don't mind that if I can use "open in" function to view clip from other app but it force you to watch the clip only from their app.Show lesserrinnirre

Christmas present that failed
I received a 64 Gig photofast for Christmas. Was very please with the device and it worked really well. Unfortunately it failed and although I could access from my PC it would no longer work in either my iPad or iPhone. I wrote two separate emails to the company asking for help and advice neither email was responded to. I therefore contacted Amazon where it was purchased from and they immediately refunded without delay. Really good product but; but backup service is not existed. I would not purchase another! The best flash driver
The flash driver is so intelligent and the application can do a lot of processes and things, but it needs to updates to fix many problems and it needs to smart background.Osamaadi
Move erased my file
I wish I'd read the reviews first because this app just erased my drone video when I moved it, but it never copied it to the camera roll. So it's gone forever. It seems to only happen with 4K videos. Others move/copy fine. The software should verify it copied before erasing it. Otherwise, great app.Show lessCJMiller70

Its a good app, it just needs some tweaks here and their
1.Make it so that anything i download on a downloaded app all goes in to internal storage rather then having to import everything one at a time, its annoying
2.The app crashes every single time i import something over a 1GIG
3.Ads are abit annoying.
