After one use, account is flagged
There’s a variety of classes if you live in downtown Toronto, however Mississauga barely had any options. The app itself was problematic: my sister sent me a 2 week free trial, after reserving one class, my profile was flagged and I couldn’t book any more classes. I lost all my “points”
No support at all
I’m trying to contact them for 2 days already. They have “contact us” chat that never brings an actually agent. Also there is no option to delete my cc information from the system. The worst experience I had with an app
Not usable
Can’t say this is usable in the UK , I have two gyms nearby , they have never heard of an agreement with classpass although I booked through classpass . So when I walked in they didn’t understand what I was about . Contacting classpass support has been useless . I raised a ticket , haven’t heard back for over 3 days although classpass communicated response in 24h , it’s been over 72. Same with chat , an agent will be in contact in less than 4 minutes … been hours and will likely be days . Not sure how you sign up partner gyms without telling them and then not respond to support tickets and calls .
Edit : it’s now been over 7 days with no reply to the case . The chat replied after 5 hours and just asked if I am still around , naturally I didn’t stay on the chat window for 5 hours , so your support agent then closed the chat . Didn’t even read the notes . So this fiasco still persists . Can’t say there is any point for anyone to use this service .

Good but could be much better!
Improvement suggestions:
1. Be able to filter by exact credits. Currently you can only filter by certain credits thresholds such as <4, <10 etc. I want to be able to use a slider to find a class with my exact credits I’ve got left for the month. If I’ve got 11 credits, show me all the classes that are 11 credits etc. I’m sure it’s a money thing so you see the 12 credit classes and they try influence you to buy more credits.
2. The “notify me when this class becomes available” should be replaced with whoever is on the wait list first gets auto booked onto the class. They then have a window of 1 hour to confirm their attendance. If they don’t accept, the class space goes to the next person on the waiting list.
3. Class packages. If I regularly attend the same class every week (like a streak of 2+ months) the studio could offer a bundle deal at a premium to be auto booked onto the next 3 classes. This is a win win for the studio who secure the booking, and the classpasser who doesn’t have to worry about missing out on booking their fave class
4. Unlock rewards in the app. Given 20+ detailed reviews? Unlock 5 credits as a one off gift.
Overall the structure is good but it’s not quite as intuitive as it could be. There could be a better flow to the app. If I rarely book yoga things, I don’t want to constantly be recommended yoga studios, it appears to lack a good algorithm. It would be cool if it was more tuned to knowing your booking habits.

Finally an app for me !
Love it ! So much fun!
Very dodgy practices
I tried ClassPass, and initially, the classes offered were affordable, but as the app learns your preferences, the prices (in points) start to increase. Your favorite times always become more expensive, sometimes even double the cost of other times. I'm definitely canceling my subscription and would recommend that everyone just do the free trial and not spend a penny.

Charge without warning
After the one month trial they charge you without warning the subscription. They manage to send 100’s of marketing emails but fail to notify you when the trial is coming to an end and you are about to be charged. Dishonest and feels like theft. They explain it’s in their terms when you sign up but for the length of the one month trial period an email prior would be honest and fair practice. The concept is great but I won’t be returning due to how they choose to operate with their fees and new clients. Was able to get a refund through their customer service.

Great app concept horrendous support
Their customer support is terrible, they just tell you what you want to hear and then disconnect the chat, only to not deliver and have to do it all over again with someone else.
It's great!
Very comfortable and useful app.
This app got me back into working out
I’ve had trouble being consistent with a workout routine over the past 2 years and honestly this app was exactly what i needed. I would put off the gym or not know what workouts to do when i got there and would feel lost. With ClassPass i love how i can schedule my workouts in advance so my routine is set and I know it’s an hour of hard work because you’re in a class with an instructor. On top of that the places I get to go to are so nice and luxurious- I literally go just for the showers! I wouldn’t be in those spaces or even know about them if not for this app. Yes it’s on the pricier end but if you’re looking for consistent fitness routine, pushing yourself and being in aesthetic spaces then this is your solution.
