Unclear Booking Options and Unfair Cancellation Fee
I wanted to book a class with a friend, but there was no option on the app to book for two people. I went ahead and booked, only to find out that my friend couldn’t get a spot. I didn’t want to go alone, so I had to cancel, and then was charged a $13 cancellation fee. This fee should be refunded—ClassPass really needs to make it clear on the app if a spot can be booked for more than one person. Very frustrating experience!”

Scam - buyer beware!
ClassPass was great while I was using it, but then I requested to cancel my membership in July. I got a confirmation of cancellation and final payment and my membership cancelled.
ClassPass continues to charge my card however despite several attempts to contact them. The Customer Service chat is appalling - they request the same information from you multiple times even after it’s been provided, and then talk in circles.
It’s clearly designed to put you off making a claim or cancelling and it’s very nearly worked with me.
My last option is to contact the bank and have listed as a scam site so they can no longer charge my card. So disappointing and frustrating for such a large company.

Its ok
The algorithm makes the classes you like more expensive so you cant do more of what you enjoy in that way its just better to get a membership of that gym instead
Zero Customer Support
While using the app was very user friendly and an excellent way to try new studios and add variation into the routine, I’ve been very disappointed by the customer service experience.
First, there is no option to pause your subscription when you need to catch up on credits or take a break for other reasons. You have to request an exemption through the USELESS chat system. What a fantastic way to rip off clients who have paid for credits but are unable to use them before they “expire.”
Second, there is literally no way to contact a person for question on the management of your account. No email or direct line to reach a person. You are only able to use the AI chat system, which no one responds to. When you ask for agent (which the system tells you should take five minutes or less) is NEVER answered. I’ve tried multiple times and never gotten through to an individual.
I’ve reached the acceptance that I’m going to have to forfeit the money I’ve spent on credits. I’m incredibly frustrated and will not recommended this app ever again, nor will I sign up again.
The premise is excellent, but the service is terrible. Be careful.

they charged me more than 110 dollars don’t do the free membership trial. they will try to charge you
Paid user, can’t integrate GCal
The app only gives option to add to iCal. That’s it. As a consumer oriented product, this gets 1 star for that fact alone.

No refunds
I accidentally let the free trial go into a paid subscription. They charged me 5 months and I could only get a refund for 1 month.
Overall good but some improvements could be made
It’s cheaper than if you bought the individual gym classes/packs etc most of the time. Also cheaper and most gyms I like are on it. For improvements, in Geneva it is still expensive so would be good to be a lower price. Also the cancellation period of 12 hours is quite long and I think the cancelled spaces are likely to be filled anyway as often people book into classes last-minute, or at least within 12 hours. Overall happy but these are improvements that would make the service better
