Love my coach. App needs some adjustments
I am new to the program, about 10 days in. I love using the app for interactions with Coach Jessica, who is wonderful! I dislike the food logging in the app. I much prefer My Fitness Pal and wish there was a direct link to the MFP Food Diary thru the app. Unfortunately Apple Health doesn’t link the Food Diary. I had to download the Fitbit app and link it to MFP and Vida. I would have given the app 5 stars if a direct link to MFP was available.

Terrific, helpful, healthy and amazing.
I used it once for two weeks, stopped using it for about a year and joined again.
This time, I understood that I will have to put in efforts and trust me, my coach Susan puts more efforts for me. She ensures my well being, mental fitness, proper nutrition and physical health.
Susan is the perfect coach, and I am glad that Vida has helped me connecting with her.
Susan took a step beyond and helped me getting an exercise coach, Brian who is also helpful and understands my habits.
I’m more mindful about my activities and have been feeling better than ever!

Wonderful program terrible app
I absolutely love my nutritionist, but the app is absolutely atrocious. After the update two days ago I can no longer chat with my nutritionist at all. The app just freezes when I attempt to. I thought I had found a work around but it doesn’t work at all. The app support is non existent. I attempted to find a way to reach out to Vida but there is nothing I’ve been able to find. Please fix this. It can’t be that hard to make a somewhat functional app.

The Vida application has been great. Although I have been tracking my weight and blood sugars for many many years it has been good to share those numbers with my coach Denise and receive her feedback which is extremely valuable. In my opinion it is Denise that makes this program work for me. She is intelligent, knowledgeable, a great listener and truly concerned about my well being. She is the reason that Vida works for me.

It’s great, but won’t load...
It’s a great app, but very buggy. I get a message notification that my coach has sent me a message but when I go to chat, the message isn’t there. It’s very aggravating! I have good WiFi signal, yet it is really disappointing. Plus the chat doesn’t always scroll to the end of the message. Sometimes I’ve gotta scroll down. I wish someone would fix these issues, please!

Terrific program
I’m 8 weeks into the program and it’s is a great program so far. My coach Brittany is very supportive, organized and knowledgeable. The equipment they send you works great in conjunction with the application. It’s great to be able to track weight, blood pressure and sugar readings all in one place. There are some many great articles and other things to track, what you eat, sleep habits etc. The program has allowed to develop a plan and track my progress. Highly recommend.

Good and Bad
The coaching is good as well as info articles, the food logging is awful, the Lose it! App is so much better. The chats don’t start at newest messages, starts at first message... which can leave you scrolling over and over. I have Fitbit app attached and if food comes through the Fitbit App it records the wrong foods and 2-3 times, so while I’m eating the correct calories it states I’m eating 6000+ calories... they need to team up with a food logging up.

Sorry about the issues with food logging, we're working on improving our integrations. However, we did recently update our chat page so it should properly start at the most recent message. Please contact support@vida.com if you're still having issues!
Great Coaching
The Vida program is great. My coach is really helpful and I’ve learned a lot! My only complaint about the app is that every time I go to chat with my coach I start at the very beginning of our conversation (which is a couple of months worth already and will only continue to grow) and I have to scroll down to read and reply. It sometimes doesn’t load the new message when I originally get into the chat either, I have to go to a new tab and then back to chat. These are just little annoyances, but overall I love the program.

Thanks for the feedback - we're aware of the issue, and know how annoying it is! We have a revamped chat UI that is planned to launch next week that should fix this issues and several others.

If it were not for Florida Blue, I would never have learned about the Vida program. Vida has helped me in two short weeks learn to control my eating, teach me how to control my diabetes, and I have lost & pounds. I have a lot more to learn and my coach is great and is teaching me how to handle my weight and diabetes.

Site improvement
The program is great. The site needs work. I go into chat and it takes me to the bottom instead of most recent. Need to separate the conversations with coach from all over. Make it a possibility to copy food. I eat a lot of the same things.
