Been using the app for quiet a while & having a premium account, then all of the sudden I could not access my account. I e-mail their support team & they took soooooo long to reply, it was like I PAID to make my account for NOTHING. I can't use my account for weeks! USELESS SUPPORT TEAM!!!!Chiecheng

Don’t Buy the subscription
Scam !! Bought the membership and later found out there’s only 10 15 unlocks and later you have to pay if you want more !! Most files you need are empty or just no answer and you only know it after unlocking the file and later after unlocking it you need to pay .

Why do I need pay more?
It is a good app but my problem is I paid for a yearly subscription but then if I want help to understand a assignment I got to pay more. Recent I had to pay for extra 5 unlock documents. Honestly that is a rip off and I was and thinking about canceling my subscription, unfortunately I don’t get my money back. I give you three stars because it needs more improvement without ripping more money out of our bank accounts. If it wasn’t because of that I would have been five stars. I payed money for the app it started off good and then you guys refused to answer my questions saying verification required even when I verified my phone number so many time it’s still loading you guys didn’t submit my questions and aren’t verifying my number too so weird..payel111111
