Clunky, needs improvement

Much of the content is limited and not fully developed, thus confidence in information low. Room service for example has no choice for drinks of any kind except smoothies, you know that’s not correct. So why would one use it. I simply called and it was straight forward to order. Overall app needs much more attention and development of content to increase usage and confidence.

Hmmmmm….

So I’m 54 with NO tech experience. The app took me a long time to navigate. I couldn’t contact a real person for out of the ordinary issues. I don’t have a Horizons card and would love one but no clue how to get one. It would be nice to have an area here to order a hard copy (card) of your membership.
Basically I’m certain that all info is here, somewhere. I just can’t navigate. More options to find specifics would be great! I rated 4 because I love Ibero but hate having to use apps to do everything. And by everything I mean 1/8 of what I need to do.

American experience

The app is much easier to navigate when ordering room service and making restaurant reservations than in-person or over the phone. It’s also helpful that you get notifications (in case you lose track of time 😉). But it is a little buggy and in need of updates.

Can’t access reviews/quizzes

Received 3 notifications in the app during my stay requesting review of the app and reviews of our restaurant experiences; however when tapping the icon it would not open any of them for me to complete.
On the main page instead of asking questions on the icons, be straight forward with the categories. The pictures are pretty but there’s a lot going on with the wording on top and it would be easier to navigate if it was one word.
I also was unable to make request for items even though it’s a feature. I ordered additional towels and a blanket two seperate times and both came back stating unable to fill your request contact the front desk.

You’ve done it again

Having been to your hotel on feuventura we are more than pleased to tell you that this hotel exceeds that. We are most impressed with the staff whom have shown us the most courteous time especially Juan behind the bar. The hotel has remained impeccably clean throughout our stay our room has the most generous views and the food was glorious. The head chef needs to have a mention in that he/she put in Goat one evening. I took the opportunity to try the meat and was an instant convert. Bravado . This will be the first time we will return to a hotel or resort as we have wanted to see a lot more of the world in our senior years but we will except that to return to this hotel in October this year. Need work

Random errors… that is if you are able to login, because login in has its own share of errors. Information is not updated. Activities list classes that don’t exists, restaurants that are open at a given time is not accurate. Ordering room service was not easy. I just came back from a trip and the app now just closes like a flash every time I try to open it. There is no pending updates and I turned off my phone completely and still does the same. The ONLY thing I found valuable this past trip was that I was able to chat with the spa for appointments and with the star prestige team to verify dinner reservations. Again, that was after several attempts to login in while already on site. Even the hotel personnel says this app needs lots of work.

Tablets at the hotel more updated

The idea is great, but the activities on app are more up to date on the tablets at the hotel. We stopped using the app day 2 of our vacation because an event we went to had changed and wasn’t changed on the app. It would be great to have a tablet at the concierge areas of the buildings.

Attentive

I haven’t needed too many things. The support the app offers as far as fresh towels or housekeeping services, is phenomenal. We also lost a key and let them know through the app, they responded immediately and brought a new key! The hospitality is beyond amazing!!

Wonderful hotel

From the minute of arrival the reception staff welcome you with a smile and offer a refreshing drink to enjoy while they go through the process of registration. Dining room staff are so friendly and helpful too and so hard working. Excellent choices to accommodate all tastes and catering staff happy to accommodate guests with food allergies. Animation team are amazing - very talented and approachable. Rooms are comfortable and made up daily by another team of friendly hardworking staff. The Covid pandemic created major problems for tourism the world over and we were sad when the hotel had to close for some time, but once it was able to open up again it was clear that safety and sanitisation was a priority.

App Needs Help

This is no reflection of the hotel, but this app is no good. It takes a very long time to load anything and will just time out on you all the time and just give you a white screen. For this to be the place they are pushing people to check in and other things this app needs some help and lot of love. There isn’t even options to upgrade your stay, book the spa or do any other special orders. Please spend some time working on this app’s response time and capabilities. It’s not convenient to have to call the customer line in order to do anything, respectfully.
