I bought airline tickets and I was told I was not able to board because they had closed boarding 8 minutes early. The airline refused to change my flight and customer service wouldn’t help me. I tapped the app got to talk to the law firm that same day, sent over the documents to them.
I got a nice check from the airlines a week later thanks to the law firm’s letter to the airlines.

Rude customer service in my experience
The first attorney I talked seemed almost angry at me for asking questions about uncertainties in my situation at the time (Isn’t this part of seeking legal advice?) When you ask to cancel your service (only possible by calling in), you’ll be pitched a few reasons as to why to keep your membership... and if you continue to ask to cancel, you’ll be basically hung up on (transferred to an automated message telling you to email your written request to cancel your membership).

Concerns about the App itself
So far so good with services. However, the app itself is extremely glitchy. Comparing the UI to other services it isn’t quite as appealing as services such as LifeLock. Saw there website and it looks like they are in need of new UI/UX developers and or iOS engineers. Let me know if you need help finding these, I can help! This should be a clean, appealing, and smooth experience for the user.

Best App ever!!
Being able to click on it and get my will done ✅ is huge! Then an attorney contacts me after to go over what I filled out plus give me a physical copy of standardized Will, that will stand up in court in case it goes there after I leave Earth, surely makes me feel good!! People pay hundreds to thousands to get this done and I pay just my membership for $1/day! You can’t beat that!!!

Amazing, simple, fast, easy
This is awesome you don’t have this you need it. I’ve gotten caught up things and I was starting to question if I would. It also costed nothing compared to anywhere else. A must have truly I’ve been finding more and more uses where normally I would have been avoiding situations. Get it today!

I’ve had simple questions and complex issues addressed by several different Legal Shield offices. They have always come through for me. The attorneys listen and gave me the time I needed to ask all of my questions. Even when I didn’t get the answer I wanted, I came away with information regarding my rights and my options. I contacted the lawyer. Recorded messages a couple times.
But the lawyer did not call me back.
I sent email to Watson.
They did not reply me either.

I Did More Research/Action Than the Lawyer
Lawyer actually asked me what I think they should do, when I was paying for them to provide me with the parts about the law I didn’t know how to get enforced.
Then, when I canceled few days later, didn’t get a return. Called and they said it has to be requested, which makes no sense when you pay full price for a month but use service for just 2 days. Seems they were hoping I’d forget about the payment I made.
Furthermore, the “legal assistant” on the app is automated so you don’t speak with a real person via chat. All very appealing visually, but worthless in the end.
Waste of time and money, sadly. I had high hopes because of the reviews, but ended up being very much disappointed. Leaves me to believe the reviews may not necessarily be as legitimate.

A must have app!!!
I recommend this app for anyone. Especially those of us who are unsure of our rights and not familiar with the amendments. If you have ever been in a situation where you wish that you had a lawyer on stand by this is the app for you. With the high volume of police killing unarmed black males and or violating their rights everyone needs this app.

I would be in PRISON if it wasnt for LS!
So i got in a car accident in New Jersey during Christmas before i heard of LegalShield. The state troupers came to the scene thinking they were there to help. Instead of asking if we were ok, (my fiance was 4mo pregnant at the time, and her younger sister) they went to search my vehicle and found my registered hand gun. (Wasnt aware it was illegal in that state, but is legal in mine) they arrested me on spot and pressed criminal charges.
I had to find an attorney to represent me, i was quoted by a New Jersey state attorney (that was a family friend of my fiance’s folks) a $20,000 retainer fee, and was told based on my charges, i would face a minimum of 5yrs in prison without parole. And i thought my life was over!
A close friend of mine introduced me to an associate of LS and i gave it a shot, my LegalShield attorney automatically saw the issue in the case being im from out of state, no type of record, first offense, etc, and told me they can help me! The LegalShield attorney charged me $5,000 and my case got thrown out, no jail time, no problems!
Literally without LegalShield i would be in prison till this day, seeing my 5mo son through a glass during visiting hours, and my second child thats on the way wouldnt even be a conversation.
