Bad beginning, hopefully it will get better

As a LegalShield Member, your provider law firm will provide a contract and document review at no additional charge. Document review is up to 15 pages, excluding NV and NY. Certain restrictions apply. This is just one portion of a contract of benefits outlined with your membership. Unlike other subscription services like Spotify and Netflix, LegalShield requires cancellation requests to be submitted in writing. We must ensure that the person requesting cancellation is authorized to do so. We do this to protect members as upcoming legal situations can cause individuals in the same household (and on the same membership) to take actions that may not be in the best interest of everyone involved.

Do Not Waste Your Time
It’s worth it if you are able to wait an entire month to get something accomplished, but otherwise use a different service.
Terrible
I can not combined the business account with the others, can not install the app as well since it’s already installed and registered as basic family plan.
The customer service have no clue and can not answer my questions and they are kind of lost! So frustrating to have a good team with a major deficiency and very poor basic IT service.
Unusable!
Update: Here we are more than six weeks after I left this review and received the response that if I emailed this slightly different email address, they would solve the problem. I have emailed them multiple times, and the only response I have received in that time is that someone would be contacting me. If I could give less than one star, I would.
