Over a year and half of using this app, I’ve had hundreds of dollars dismissed in parking tickets with 9 tickets being dismissed. I’ve been ‘guilty’ on another 5 and 1 pending. That’s a fluctuating 60% dismissal rate. $0 in late fees even with the city taking literally months to process some of these. I saw nothing to lose because even if they don’t dismiss your ticket, it takes so long for NYC Finance Dept. to get hearings scheduled that you’ll easily get a month or more extra time to save your money. It’s like walking around with a personal parking ticket lawyer in your pocket. If you drive in NYC, you’ll get a parking ticket and you’d be a fool not to at least try this app.
