Great info but rubbish at sharing
Downloaded for our trip to Finland. As lead passenger of a group I had the boarding passes. App was unable to share for an iPhone either through messages or airdrop or the sharing function on the iPhone.

Can’t manage flight using reference number in app if flight is for other people other than the finnair account holder
Pointless app
The app is almost completely useless compared to any other airline app I’ve used.

Really bad in every service
The app cannot change flights. Refuse to refund bought separately seat fees when changed flights. You need to pay supports and they are inexperienced. Nothing goods.
Not good service
Change flights never work, simple hangs. Chat customer service helpless and simple don’t know to handle a simple thing.
Terrible airline and App
Airline lost our bags and made us wait hours at the airport to even file a report. We had to go through an independent service to get them back and the support on the App was one of the worst I have ever experienced.
No seat selection
Despite having Oneworld status, Finnair’s IT doesn’t allow me to book a seat without calling.
App Needs Work
While I’m excited about flying Finnair for the first time I’m not excited about this app. Most of the time it tells me my credentials are wrong and the rest of the time it’s logging me out. I’m going to try to call to make a reservation.

I tried to search for a ticket from Sydney to Bangkok but it did not allowed me as it asked me to have Schengen visa to travel to Thailand. LOL
Rubbish app. I deleted this app and tried other airlines.
