How does this app not show your actual date of departure?!
Kafka-esque
Worst airline app I have used. Check-in is almost impossible and then once I have checked in, the boarding passes are nowhere to be seen. Chat not helpful either. No way to get a boarding pass issued to my Apple wallet. I have flown several times before with FinnAir and don’t recall it being so hard to check in so something must have changed.

Poor UI
Why do you have ‘Cancel Booking’ as the predominant option (occupying a sizeable section on the screen) when viewing a reservation ! Yet, if I want to book a special meal - this is not possible from the app.
Security leak
Recently there’s been a pretty bad security leak, auto-submitting someone else’s email address into the check-in form even if filled out correctly. Be very careful!
Why asking information that is unnecessary???
Your app asking about visa to the country that I have passport with and I already filled that information up. Then asking about providing a state for a country that doesn’t have states. Who made this nonsense app, North Koreans who never traveled out of their country?!? Fix that, it lowers the perception of your otherwise good air company.

Used to be a top app
Used to be a top airline app. Now the information changes constantly and is rarely accurate. Eg regarding tier and status benefits or even gates and timings
Weird averaging
When I scroll thru, I get about 6 4 star reviews or better, and then a couple 3 stars and then a bunch of 1 star reviews. THAT’S A BUNCH of one star reviews, but yet the average comes out 4.3? Is this new math or something?
This app does more to make you feel things are going wrong than things are going right. Checkin seems like a backward, forward chain of failures. Gives Finnair a very amateurish appearance.

Nordic quality
Excellent fleet, Nordic quality, functional app. Until you manage all your needs digitally, everything works just perfectly. When you need human custom support, you are in trouble. Even being on a gold membership tier.
A great app but a small but important tweak is required
I really do enjoy the smooth user experience of the Finnair app. Everything is where you expect it to be and things just work intuitively, which is a dream. The only thing that really bothers me is that there is no date when you go into a specific booking. You can see that there are 56 days until your flight to ‘Tokyo’ for example but it doesn’t mention the actual date. Adding the date would help dramatically. Otherwise an excellent app!

Terrible app
Doesn’t work. Won’t recognise check in so have to collect boarding passes at airport. Doesn’t update with gate details etc or when flight delayed. Says extras can be booked in-app but nowhere to do this. Chat facility useless.
